Photographers won't be charged for athletes' pictures found on gay porno sites

You did not say at what site we could find those pictures!!!

If the photographers got payment they should be charged. Either way the gay porn site should be fined or shut down under current law they are supposed to know the age and consent of their models.

If the site was a fine art site whose focus was art and just happened to include some nudes and every parent signed off on showing/distributing the picture that would be different. A nude of Brooke Shields was approved by her mother when she was basically an undeveloped teen. Later Brooke sued in an attempt to regain the rights of the picture. It can now be seen appropriated and reprinted in a work by Richard Prince. A piece that mostly gets the response, "What was her mother thinking?"
