Everyone should just let others live their own lives. Someone else being gay has absolutely no effect on others. Get a life and stop dwelling on other peoples.

The leftist Marxit opresor/oppresed dialecti was borrowed wholesale by both feminism and the gay agend. Because of the nature of this dialectic no compromise is possible or desired. It opperates in such a way to paint all opposition nd the roots of all opposito to be hate/fear orn some otherirrational animus. One can see it in feminism in the concentration o rape, power dynamcs, the "patiarchy", and domenstic violance. Likewise in gay lingo you have heterosexim, homophobia, the concntration on mantra's of "hate & bigotry" and the absurd notion that defense of marriae has no rational basis. This is crucial to the gay rights movement. Like all Marxism it is no designes to "reform our culture" or ask for discreet improvment or laws. No it is a revolutionary movment that wants to overthrow something..In this case "marriage". This explains th appaiglack f concern for the importance of mariage, or any empathy or concrn in recognzing how changing the definition will chang the insitution and society. The left has always hated marriage and the monogomous male/female dynamic it represents. Their ideolgical bilinders are on so tight they cannot break their own paradigm. These people are what Lenin called "usefull idiots"

No Surprise wrote: <quoted text> LOL...and that was a typical biased reply. Theism's roarearer based in the age old question "why". From why came thoughts of superstitions because they had no intelligent answer. They didn't know why that yellow thing in the sky rose in the morning and went away at night. They didn't understand why another source of light at night rose in the sky and seemed to disappear when the other light came back in the morning. For a long time they didn't understand what took place when two people did it and sometime later another person appeared from the female. They didn't understand why sometimes it was a girl and sometimes it was a boy. Superstitions came to be the practice/belief of theism to explain the unexplainable. It had no roots in personal and cultural unhappiness and still doesn't. Silly boy, tricks are for kids :) As you know I am an atheist so not a defender of theism. But places where theism has been significantly rejected are those which have a more educated populace and better lifestyles. I think that education and well-being are the causes for rejection of theism. The reason I don't credit homophobia to weakness in faith is that I think most bigot actually do believe literally in religious nonsense, no matter how absurd it may seem to us. The two strongest beliefs that religions foster are the notion that is one's life is shitty and unjust, one can wait for a reward, a chance to relive, or a blissful merger with the universe in the future; and that one can self-justify their misery by feeling they belong to a group which is superior to outsiders.
