The borders of Pakistan, meant for a homeland for Punjabi Muslims, was the haphazard creation of the British, who unwittingly included lands of the Afghan Pushtans, Uzbeks, Tadjeks and large territories of a still unrecognized Baluchistan. And so we see today a difficulty in understanding what is Pakistan.
