Free ideas is what the world needs and the people will have a better chance to help themselves. Which has absolutely nothing to do with biological evolution. Kong_ seems to be dead on - you make things up like rabbits make pellets.(At least there's a use for rabbit pellets.)

He makes a very good case that the reasons are geographical, not biological. For example, Europeans had access to more and better work animals, more and better crops. That boost in initial conditions, along with some other factors, allowed Europeans to develop technology faster. horses-zebras, oxen-waterbuffalo, elephants...Europeans didn't have that kind of pulling power... i'd have to say that Africa harbors vastly superior work animals

oh my gosh, this thread is disgusting. Have you guys never heard of the "Abecedarian study"? anyone of any ethnicity has the capacity to be mentally evolved. Who cares about physical evolution when evolution begins in the mind? You guys really believe that at some point all the diversity in ethnic groups we have today were somehow descended from Noah's 3 sons? come on man, f uck.

But I *DO* understand he was a pretty good golfer [\SARCASM] (great article here on Kim's golfing prowess -- tongue firmly in cheek) Excerpts: "With Kim Jong-il's death, golf loses its best player. Ever. Kim Jong Il did more than just look at things. He also did things. Like golf. Apparently. KIM Jong-il's death was noted on Twitter as an epic loss to golf, with hundreds recalling the Stalinist state media's reports of Kim's 11 holes-in-one in a single round in 1994. Reports hailed Kim's 38-under par 34 over 18 holes at the 7,700-yard (7,041m) Pyongyang Golf Course in his first try at golf, a feat watched purportedly by 17 security guards protecting the man hailed as 'Dear Leader'. Kim, who died on Saturday of a heart attack at age 69, was 52 at the time he purportedly fired a round where birdie was his worst score on any hole. Twitter sceptics wondered whether or not Kim might have tried to surpass such stars as Tiger Woods or reigning English world number one Luke Donald had he truly gone 21 strokes below the best score from a US PGA golfer. "Look at it this way: with Kim Jong-il dying, everybody will be moving up one spot in the world golf rankings," noted Dan Daly in a Twitter posting. http://www.couriermail.com.au/entertainment/w...

Being asian, I can say we are not more evolved, I have known many whites who are not as academically intelligent as many blacks/ and other minorities. IQ doesn't mean anything. It is only society's way of seeing how well you will do in their standards. Blacks have their talents, we have ours. And more evolved doesn't mean civilized, in fact, the concept of civilized is different due to how one will interpet it. I will say you have been brain washed by a extremist. In society, many will claim that their race is better simply because as humans, we create reasons to believe that we are superior. Just ingore it. You should be glad of who you are.

Consider multi-continental experiences of the races: France, Canada, New Zealand. Same race, different places, all first-world, advanced, and peaceful countries. Then consider Haiti, Ivory Coast, and Detroit.

But during times of strife, poverty and hunger people tend to be less so. During times of the French Revolution parts of France would have seemed just like places like Haiti. ---------- TVtropes shirt "For Science" now available for pre-order: http://discordmerch.com/index.php...
