As usual, this hopeless government is wasting taxpayer’s money staging shows for their own political gains!
The most efficient way of reducing the spreads of AIDS in Hong Kong is to blood test all foreigners at the airport immigration.
It is well known 90% of AIDS in HK is imported.

I am surprised to hear 90% of AIDS in HK is imported. Where do you find this figure? As to government, I believe Awareness is an important part of Sex Education. Govt can only do so much, the rest can be helped by the HK Sex Education Association, which needs more funding. I also believe that the spread of AIDS can be stopped, worldwide, by teaching Outercourse.--Roger Boschman, Sex Therapist
