oh hell, why not make it legal and TAX IT----------it would get the united states out of debt!! As it stands, we are so in debt (thank you GWB!!) to CHINA its pathetic!! Choose your battles ya know?

correction: the thank you should go to Bill Clinton...everyone wants to blame GW for the whole China / jobs thing, and yet it was Clinton that got us started in the whole mess with that country...

He had 4 years ,bush has had almost 8 to get us back on track after Clinton,whats his excuse? Except protecting his oil ! At least jobs and homes werent as bad as they are NOW when Clinton was in office! Gas wasnt as high and jobs werent leaving us as fast as they are now,Cant blame that all on Clinton.

Make it legal and tax it. Alcohol is much more damaging to families and lives than smoking a joint. We are wasting tax money trying to fight a losing battle and allow alcohol to continue to be legal. A drunk is much more dangerous than someone with a buzz. Agressive verses passive, pass the passive, please!
