In the case of John Allen Muhammad vs. the Commonwealth of Virginia is the worst kind of racism practiced in a case ever recorded on earth since African American slavery. No one has ever been killed only a year from their trial and seven months from the death sentence verdict; this is a case for emergency response, the people of the world should not stand by in light of the evidence presented in this trial which did not prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that John Allen Muhammad carried out the killings he was charged with. His execution is for this specific murder.

This was their last victim.

In addition to the above, they wounded 5 others who survived, including a 13-year-old black boy from Maryland and a 24-year-old white woman from Alabama, whose face is permanently disfigured as a result of the shooting that also killed the 52-year-old black woman. He came here to specifically find his second wife to kill her.

All of these occurred from February 2002 through October 2002, and it makes the argument about racism in this case sound very empty. It's obvious that if they hadn't been stopped, they would have continued to kill more people. As a black woman, I am incensed about the argument that he is being targeted simply because he is black.
The fact remains that he was a mass murderer.

The worst kind of racism is the media cover-up of horrible black on white crimes like the Knoxville murders.

I will admit from the start, that I do not agree with a black man killing innocent people for whatever justification he may have in his mind.

However I remember my first words that I spoke when it was announced that he was to be executed.....I said, "DAM THAT WAS FAST". We all know death row inmates sit there for like 10 years or so, if not longer. I am surprised at the swift justice. No doubt color did play a major role in the expediency.

I must say that your statement does bring out a rather ironic twist. Nobody can deny the shock value of how fast this was carried out. Yet the Hijackers from 911 took like what.....say 50 years to get a conviction. And those did not even wind up in death. Didn't the cab driver get a slap on the wrist for his role in 911?
