Gee whiz! One judge and his appeal lawyers say he is retarded. They also admit that his lowest documented IQ based on the US SC decision is only 70. All the other courts all the way to the US SC say he does not meet the criteria for being retarded.

I guess we are supposed to believe his lawyers?

BTW appeals have been filed in other cases to raise the IQ retarded level to 85. I guess the next level will be for anything under 100.
