Yeah, we all feel really bad about that needle hurting him, don't we???? I'm sure his 14 year old victim's family about barfs when they hear that one!

In this case I agree with some of the comments, he needs to be finished with. When they couldn't put a needle in my mom's arm, they had to put a small cut into her neck in order to put an iv needle in since her veins rolled.

It would also be nice if they got an expert to insert those needles, because not just anyone can insert them all the time, so pay a little more and get someone who is good at it.

I feel for her parents,he showed no mercy to this child who had her whole life ahead of her, he took it away and didn't care about the pain he caused her.

If he found God in prison, I'm glad for him,but that doesn't help that poor child.

Get it over with,if it hurts a little more,oh well, he made a choice when he hurt her. Now its his time to suffer, but it will never be as bad as what she suffered,but God will decide how to handle it in the end!

In China they execute by one shot to the back of the head. Efficient and painless. Oh yeah, they bill the family for the cost of the bullet. True!

I am do fed up with the juditial system. Now the inmates need to have the H1N1 vacine when heck the general public can not even get it and then again who pays for it? Several of these inmates and I think all of them are right to a point. I know personally, being a diabetic and a EMT, there are times when giving a shot it is painful but heck, look at how they killed thier victoms, a needle is way less than what they did. I know of a cheep inexpensive way to execute them and I will even donate the shells to do it. The inmates get free medical, college education, good wholesome meals and all the amentities of a 4-star hotel all on the tax payers dollar. I agree with CMH Rick and Chinese Take Out 100%. granted, are there people on death row that are inocent, possibly being that it has happened in the past and the person who originally did the crime was caught years later and even confessed to the crimes after the fact.

That would be GREAT, if we could do that in Ohio! I love the idea of charging the family for the cost of execution!

This entire fiasco has been a sad commentary as to how to finish this man's life. If the state had choosen the firing squad method to finish the job the state probably would have hired the Keystone Cops for the squad. If the state would have choosen the gallows the state most likely would have constructed it upside down. This physobabble about how to go about in a humane manner with the death of this killer who showed little or no remose is nauseating. Put a hood over his head, plug him with a .357 in the brain and bury the corspe. In thiry minutes it's all over.

The firing squad would have been made up guys who clean their guns while loaded.
Forget the .357 just bury him.
