Man convicted of Hampton boy's murder seeks retrial

The man found guilty of killing 4-year-old Davion Mutts nearly three years ago is seeking a new trial, contending at a hearing in Hampton Circuit Court Tuesday that his lawyer refused to let him testify in his own defense.

Well, its about time the truth shows its face in this conviction of this young man. All the coverups, lies and corruption can now be brought to light. Let's Pray that he gets a chance to have a fair trial this time.

Can't blame him. If I were found guilty, I'd take as many do-overs as necessary til I got me a good one.
