Bay Area inks $1.5 billion deal to electrify Caltrain for high-speed rail

Logical move in the right direction...

1.) Reduce cost of public transportation to the end user.

2.) Diversify infrastructure for alternative power.

3.) Enhance multiple modes of use e.g. personal transportation devices.
