If so, it makes no sense that Scott would get tipped off this guy was in town. Who would be in a position to give him such a tip? Why would a hit man stick around to admit he screwed up, to the husband of a murdered woman, no less! I am curious about this, as it's the first time I have read anything about a white supremacist hit man......

NOT FOR NANCY'S EYES BECAUSE SHE HAS A KIND OF SELECTIVE READING PROBLEM .

It was about 5 am and still to dark to search for anything. Scott got an anomonous tip that this guy was in that cafe. The man gave a good alibi that he was in Wyoming at 8am on the 24th but my thinking is the killers intended to set this accused white bigot up for killing a hispanic looking mother and her anchor baby. I heard mentioned that the guy had been accused of militia and patriot ties. Not saying he did have these ties or what he thinks but even the accused redneck said he had been harrassed by some people with a "proprietary point of view". He was quoting them. These "propietary point of view" types had heard the redneck's plan to go to Modesto about 9pm on the 23rd. Part of the disagreement which the redneck told of was the "proprietary point of view" held that the borders should be open so cheap labor could flow north.

I will not argue any moral views of the redneck.

Just as general information for several on this blog, it does not take air tight evidence prove a case. The killers may not ever be found.

first point, I think you are implying that Scott did not really get a phone tip? He just got up at 5am and walked into a cafe and picked out a guy who looked shady and said something like a birdie told me you might have killed my wife? But the redneck was named by name which I would not mention even if I heard it clearly.

second point, Who knows what tactical plans Scott and lawyers have. Tipping his hand at this time might cause Laci's Mom to drop the case and Scott might know the civil case is going to help get him acquitted.

As to the 195 5th s I am waiting for transcripts. I find it odd the deposition transcripts have not been published. I am wondering why? Sometimes a lawyer will ask the same question several times to cover the question from all sides.

I have not checked it out but I saw a post on another blog that a woman with a hispanic name was dumped in the bay without limbs or head about the time of Laci's murder. The exact time of this other disapearance would be interesting? I think her name was Hernandize. Spelling?

Well, I believe someone that thought they might need to cover their butt because their wife has gone missing and as it turns out, he has been convicted of killing her.....would get up at 5 am to do ANTYING that he thinks might make him look innocent and take the heat off of him. Who knows---this guy, if he is for real could just have a very sick sense of humor and wanted to see what Scott would do????? I believe it's possible Scott DID get a tip, and went there....maybe he was afraid someone saw HIM do something, who knows, and went to see. Just seems if he were 'legit, Garegos would have mentioned him.

As for Sharon dropping the case.....I think there is more chance the a pig will fly. Just my opinion.....but her daughter was murdered, and she believes the right person is behind bas...NO mother would want the murderer to profit from his crimes EVER and I don't believe she will EVER drop this case. Sharon seems like a very strong woman and I'd be very durprised if she ever stopped pursuing justice for her family.

Don't know why the depo has not been released....maybe simply because it is being saved for the courtroom....and honestly, that is where it SHOULD be heard.

I DID read about Hernandez....yes, it was about the same time. I don't think her son was ever found.......going by memory here. Her (I think he was 5) son also went missing. That was investigated and found to have been committed by her boyfriend IF I remember correctly. WHen I have time, I'll look that up. But there was determined to be no connection between the two murders. Murder of pregnant women by a spouse of boyfriend is very common from what I have read...I'm sure there are countless cases.

He cannot be "aquitted" he has already been convicted. I truly believe you do not know the difference between a civil trial and a criminal trial.
