The Rush Limbaugh Media Lynch Mob

Full story: blogs.telegraph.co.uk

Which public figure can be quoted as having said something bigoted and disgusting and it doesn't matter whether he did or not because he might have? Who can Big Media brand a racist without checking the facts? Who has to prove he did not say something racist, rather than the accuser proving he did? A pat on the back for anyone who guessed the answer: Rush Limbaugh

Rush Limbaugh is not a politician, but a commentator. So the answer is The Rev Jerimiah Wright. Or most certainly Jesse Jackson.

From that description, it could have been anyone of a number of wingnuts. Take your pick. I would guessed Coulter, or Palin, or Bachmann, or Hannity, or Beck, or ...well.... you get the idea.

I guess folks forget Rush's blatant racism when he worked for ESPN.

You and Rush are paying for me? Well, thank you very much.

BTW, the lease on my Lexus is up December 15. Don't forget, I will want a new 36 month lease.

Keep up the good work.

Oh...poor Rush. He has asked for everything being thrown at him with his rants and raves and partial truths over the years. He twists and turns everything to his own liking, puts it out there for all his followers and they swallow it for the truth: hook, line and sinker. And they think he's a newscaster or prophet or genius.

His only genius is to make a bunch of money from brainwashing the people who blindly believe. Kinda like Rev. Moon or Jim Jones or other cults.

Don't blame progressives for this one. The NFL owners that don't want him in the league are all conservative billionaires.

I'm no big Rush fan, but I've listened to him enough to believe he is not a racist. He may say offensive things, but most of the people alleging that he is racist often admit they don't know or listen to him. Kind of hypocritical if you ask me. Also, the two leaders of the band wagon are the two biggest racists on the public stage.....that would be Al"notsoSharpton" and Jesse "shakedown" Jackson. aka the two brokers of hate and race.

Rush Limbaugh has the right to say whatever he wants on his radio show, which he does.

Unfortunately, words have consequences. And apparently the NFL decides they don't need the drama Limbaugh would bring as a co owner.

Years of race baiting and belligerent speech have made him a polarizing personality. His past comments cause players, victims of his verbal abuse, and activists to oppose him. Going forward, he would be a loose cannon. He opens his mouth and suddenly a boycott of sponsors, individual games (especially of two losing teams), and league products becomes an easy way to retaliate.

The NFL is very successful, and doesn't need that sort of grief. Limbaugh as owner brings little upside, and plenty of potential downside.

Shunning Limbaugh is a very good business decision by the NFL. And Rush has an opportunity to meditate on just how he exercises his First Amendment rights, the impact it has on others, and the consequences that result for him.

The NFL is like the Crips and the Bloods fighting against each other.

A bunch of black kids beating up a white kid on the school bus is just proof that we need to bring back segregation.

Those are just two recent examples, there are many, many more. And you know it.

Another day Another group of stories showing the world the real Obama

Geithner aides made millions on Wall Street; Treasury 'counselors' escaped Senate hearings...ah, change you can believe in….more lies.

Troop funds diverted to pet projects; $20M for Ted Kennedy institute...
Where is the outcry from the media, where is your tax money going….

Foreclosures:'Worst three months of all time'...oh, no and only yesterday we were in recovery…more lies..more hidden by the state media

Obama loosens missile technology controls to China...after saying Russia can inspect our nukes….will economy improve by USA being sold down the river??????????

House Republicans accuse Muslim group of trying to plant spies...and that’s just from the White House.

Senate Dems seek higher doctor payments; Another quarter-trillion dollars to deficit? Last photo op did not persuade doctors to vote for Obama Care, will try bribery as second option…

Obama Absent From Virginia Governor’s Race as Democrat Trails, hand writing on the wall as Reid trys to push vote before his own party folds…..

Tooooooooooooo bad we can't shun Obama from the Presidency........

You are right. I have listen to him since he went national. Maybe he will take this to a higher level and make these people prove their lies. If the Chinese wanted to buy an NFL Team,I would bet they would get an approval in a New York Second. I would expect with his 20 million listeners, he would bring a new dimension to the Rams. Grew up in NC.
