My wife and i saw this happen. we called it in to 911. the odd thing was that the marker lights just came on above the highway , as if they were turned on at the last second. The plane seamed to appear out of nowhere directly above the highway and right in front of us and we both clearly saw it. the angle of attack was between 45 and 60 degrees i would estimate.
