Accused Sept. 11 mastermind to be tried in NY

I am worried about the unintended consequences (which seem to be a hallmark of this administration) of bringing these people into the United States, and to New York, especially. As we know, jihadists do not fear their own deaths and have no compunctions about causing the deaths of others.

I am very wary of potential violence in New York, whether from bona fide terrorists or wannabees who think this is the way to earn everlasting fame. I don't think I am the only person who has thought of this and I sincerely hope that all possible civilian and military support is available at all times.

Obama wants to embarrass America before the entire world. Thanks to Obama, this terrorist will be able to request and reveal all sorts of information about our national secrets and procedures that will further weaken our security.

You're absolutely correct.

That court house, jurists, judges, attorneys, witnesses, the media and anyone else in the vicinity will become targets.

And it will only get worse when the defense attorney petitions for a change of venue...

Does anyone find it disturbing that we are treating these terrorists as if they have rights under OUR Constitution?

What is the matter, you afraid of getting the terrorists mad at you? Typical Right Wing, you talk big and bad but are afraid to put terrorists on trial because it might upset some of their friends.
