I think that rethugs are going to find out the hard way that most Americans don't want papist or fundietard crap shoved down their throats. Don't believe in birth control then don't use it! Don't like abortion then don't have one but stay out of the personal decisions of others! Self righteous twits like santorum make me want to vomit!

You are 100% right. It's a mystery to me how the GOP thought this would be a winning issue for them. The unethical shape-shifter also known as Willard Romney has previously supported Planned Parenthood and his wife has even made a donation to them. Then, there is Santorum, with his nauseating and creepy preoccupation with people's sex lives as well as contraception. It looks like it will be a choice on the GOP side between Dog On Car Roof or Man On Dog. That means Weathervane Willard and Regressive Ricky, respectively.

Bristol Palin is the poster child of GOP re-inventors of women's health issues. She didn't need contraceptives; she held a Todd between her knees.

Isn't ironic, repubs made a point to say Pres. Obama Healthcare Reform gets in between the Dr. and Patient...which is doesn't by thway...and then they turn around a in two versions of Republicare:

- In Va, repubs push a bill that forces the State mandates an unnecessary physically intrusive procedure that neither the Dr or Patient did not request.

- In Ariz, a bill has been introduced where the State gives a person (who is your employer) the right to ask you about WHY you want Birth Conttol

Is this not intrusive. I wonder if men will have to tell their employer why they want to pick up some viagra for the weekend.

Amazingly intrusive. I love the irony.

Thank you God.

When the reich wingnut posters on this site simply rank your posts negatively, yet leave no comment defending the repub action you're against, its a sign that they don't care to defend the repub actions, but they...as sheep...have to rank the posts negatively, regardless of their support, of lack of, the repub action.

Count each neg rating as a statement saying "I can't defend my repug politicians, but you're not a repug, so I have to disagree even if I don't."

The overreach of the GOPTEA use of government to peer into the person's bedroom just smacks of hypocrisy for so-called "anti-big government"

Ron Paul please restore the conservatism to the GOP.

Wow... there's some spin.

Alternatively, the icons could just be saying, "What an absolute moron. Any time spent trying to debate this loser would be a waste of time."

btw, one of your Clueless-Nuts-Spam ratings was from me... just so you know.

This is just another feminist/liberal/islamofascist agenda.

This agenda is in line with the corrupt islamofascist African warlord in the White House.

"How About Requiring Rectal Exams for Viagra Prescriptions?"

"In Illinois, Rep. Kelly Cassidy introduced an amendment to a mandatory ultrasound bill that would require men to watch a graphic video about the side effects of Viagra before being able to get a prescription for it.“If they’re serious about us not being able to make our own health care decisions, then I’m just as serious about them not being able to make theirs,” she said.

"A bill in Virginia sought to require rectal exams and cardiac stress tests for men seeking Viagra, while another in Georgia would limit vasectomies for men."

"Viagra Bill Would Place Strict Restrictions on Prescriptions"

"Turner's proposal would require a man seeking Viagra to first attain an affidavit from a sexual partner attesting to his impotency, see a state-approved sex therapist, complete a stress test to assure he is healthy enough for sexual activity, and return to the doctor every 90 days to check on his cardiac health. The patient would also have to attend three outpatient counseling sessions within six months of receiving his prescription to ensure that he fully understands the "dangerous side effects" of taking erectile dysfunction drugs."

As I mentioned, no bother to defend the actually topic of discussion.

Let us know how you feel about the repub Va. bill that demanded a medical procedure NOT rquested by patient of Dr.

Let us know how you feel about the repub Ariz bill that gives employers the right to ask woman why they want birth control.

Let us know how you felt about Repubs and Tom Delay shutting down Congress so they could personally insert themselves into the Schiavo case cause they didn't like the husband's decision.

Let is know if you think those acts are more instructive than ANYTHING Pres. Obamam's HealthCare reform (modeled at repub Romneycare) plan. We know the answer is no, but you force yourself to ignore these very controlling wishes of a repub government.

You don't want non-intrusive Gov. You want Gov that only enforces repub mandates.

I love this bill. Funny as heck. But it does put a mirror on the irony of the repubs, who DONT think what they are demanding of females is silly.

What Employer, wants to be involved with asking female employers why they want to use birth control.

The more the reich say they hate Shria Law, the closer they get to actually demanding we enforce religious rules over our freedom's and liberties.

Who said ALL Okies were stupid: "Sen. Johnson, who represents Oklahoma’s 48th District has introduced an amendment to the bill mandating that the same rights and benefits be granted to spermatozoa, writing,“However, any action in which a man ejaculates or otherwise deposits semen anywhere but in a woman’s vagina shall be interpreted and construed as an action against an unborn child.”

This would outlaw masturbation by men, anal sex, sex with condoms, all forms of fellatio to completion, as well as numerous other acts. She later withdrew the measure, but stated that she had inserted it to highlight the absurdity and sexism inherent in the current bill.

I've seen those little suckers move under a microscope! It's about time someone introduced such a bill! They should call it the Stop Progeny Execution and Routine Masturbation act.

It amazes how obsessed with sex the church is. Jesus spent his days more occupied with helping the needy and the poor than what his people were doing in their bedroom.

you're in error. Christ wrote the entire Bible.

What's amazing is when someone pretends to know the Bible yet never read the Bible. So typical.
