Well, she put up a good fight. God bless her. It is important to note that there were fewer differences between her and Obama then there are with the Republican Party. Let's hope Hillary supporters continue to support the cause of the Democratic Party. Our country does not deserve another four years of the Republican Bush Doctrine just because Hillary was not able to win the Democratic nomination this time.

She must be steaming at Bill for lobbying 2 weeks ago for her Vice Presidency.
By doing so, the delegates she might have secured saw it as a white flag signal for the Presidency.
She'll stay in denial right through the convention.

I heard that Hillary was suspending her campaign and thereby keeping control of her delegates. That a wise decision.

As we've seen the past few months, for every gaffe, misstatement and questionable remark Obama makes some of his support wanes.

Just yesterday in a speech to AIPAC, Obama said, "Palestinians need a state that is contiguous and cohesive, and that allows them to prosper."

Contiguous? What is that supposed to mean? Why did he say that? Is it an 'out' for some preconceived idea about a Palestinian state? Very odd.

Superdelegates can change their votes. How many of them would have to become uncomfortable with Obama for Hillary to take the nomination?

Also, I heard that the VP is chosen not by Obama but by the DNC convention. Hillary could be holding out those delegates as proof that she too is a viable political candidate and should be considered for VP job, should Obama still get the nod.

Wheels within wheels working behind the scenes.
I'd say the Democratic nomination has not yet been decided.

Wow -- writing that email must have been difficult…

To think, 16 months of hard campaigning and $20K in debt will be a grim reminder of what could have been for months to come.

The sad thing about it is it was her supporters, super delegates that supported her that urged her to quit -- 22 congress members and 8 senators.

I say don't vote at all, nothing saying you have to vote. I probably won't. I am not voting for the first black president so we have a farce election year. He isn't qualified, has little experience, and hasn't earned the wisdom it takes to run a country. While you may not like Hillary, she has the wisdom. None of the candidates are perfect, its politics we're talking about here. However, McCain is the biggest piece of shit there is and Obama is a dreamer and pretender.
You're not voting for the first "black" President because he isn't "qualified", has "little experience" and lacks "wisdom"! PLEASE - pretty lame. You emphasis is on BLACK, admit it. Qualified - he's and American born, over 35 years old and is not a felon.- he's qualified (plus i think being a US Senator is qualification enough. "Little experience"? Lincoln was a one term ex-congressman ! Wisdom? Hillary has wisdom? BS. Wisdom is "being smart enough to know that your not smart enough" - she thinks she knows everything.

Now Obama wants to be the Jews best friend....not going to happen. His speech yesterday had some nice lines in it and some good phrases, it easy to talk about supporting Israel. It is hard to actually do it. I will support John McCain...he doesn't need any on the job training, it's in his DNA.

great picture of Hillary. Typical of the media treatment she's received. Now that she's out of the race - show us some pictures of Obama as the "
"angry black man"
I've seen Bush portrayed as a monkey with big ears, it'll be funny to see what'll happen when Obama is portrayed the same way.

Most of us are grown up. That seems to be one of the first problems you of the Obama nation have. Remember we were all called Old women and uneducated, so in that context I would say we are all grown up and able to make our vote for McCain count. Old woman... 40 some years, for McCain.

Yes indeed, the above democRat douche-bag is eager and content to inject Marxism into America. Stands to reason, democRats are eager and content to leave the good men, women and children of Iraq for the wolves...If you do not think they would do the same to you and yours...think again.

Well, I for one don't think it will be more of the same...McCain is known as a rogue senator and has bumped heads with GWB on many occasions. Of course voting for a third party is an option...but that is also a waste of a vote. I am not taken in by Obama and do not support his stand on the issues...esp Iraq. His inexperience is just too scary for me.I would have vote for Sen McCain had he been nominated in the 2000 election. I felt Hillary would have been a better candidate. That what makes this country run...difference in opinion.

In his DNA to keep us at war for another 100 years maybe.

Maintain the BUSH and CO legacy for another 4 years.

Continue losing the respect of other Nations that BUSH and CO started.

If that is your idea of something good for America then you are delusional.

As a moderate Independent I believe that the second best choice is Sen McCain, that is why I will vote for him...not because the election was stolen from Hillary...after all...she did WIN the popular vote. You would think the Dems would be above that...after having the last two presidential elections stolen from THEM.

They did. That's why they will be voting for McCain. BTW - There is no "McSame". That's something that Obama made up so people won't notice how unqualified he is.
