Sheer nonsense on both counts. Obama ramped up the war drastically over Bush's efforts, and was attacked for it by the right. Now he's being demonized for pulling out too soon. Your side is playing partisan politics, putting Party before country yet again. And the Taliban WILL be taking over eventually after we leave, so the whole effort's been in vain. We're going to have to deal with them sooner or later. Only an imbecile would think there'll be a pro-American, non-Taliban government running the place anytime soon.

The US is not pulling out early. We are simply going from a combat mode, to a support mode. There will still be way too many of our loved ones there, and will continue to spend money we don't have there. Read the entire report. In my opinion Bush embarrassed the USA, but spending as much time as we have on two wars, with countries we should have defeated in less than a year.

Sorry but Paul's foreign policy is suicidal!! If you think leaving will make them stop. You need to read a history book! Go back a little further. The same area we are having trouble in is the same area Alexander the Great had his problems. Nothing new!!
