The settlement was to pay off the penalties of lending fraud. I understand. The GOP likes bailing out banks and allowing them to defraud the people. But that doesn't work any longer. But Republicans like Walker will still try to screw the people and keep that money for his owner purposes instead of their intended purposes.

Contraception is cheaper than pregnancy, birth or care of an infant. That's why it doesn't cost the taxpayer a cent, and actually saves insurance companies money. So they aren't passing any costs onto anyone.
The church doesn't matter. See, they don't dictate law. What really matters is what the people think. 4 to 1 Catholic women support the law, 2 to 1 men support the law. I hope the GOP keeps fighting this the way they are. It's a sure loser for them. Even better, I hope Santorum wins the nomination from the GOP. His comment that he would listen to the Pope and legislate the way he's told by the Pope would make Obama a landslide winner.

Abstaining from sex until you can afford to buy your own Birth Control will not result in unwanted pregnancy either. If these dirtbags want sex badly enough they will figure out how to take some of their beer money, and buy condoms with it.

Really? I thought it was the Democrats that just implemented bank regulations that the banks didn't like. I thought it was Bush that bailed them out. Spin it all you want. The facts are plainly different than your fairytale.
Obama had nothing to do with the settlement moron. He's not part of the judicial branch of government. And $2000 is better than nothing. Which is what Scott Walker is stealing from his state award.
