We're broke and he gives away another billion dollars for a pie-in-the-sky project. So they build them...who can afford them to operate their house? Not me at a cost of 20+grand. Go get our oil and forget the sun until we can afford it. We could equal the middle east in oil output by 2020 if we start now and could have already matched them if Clinton had done that...but noooooooooo, Dems can't dig, the might disturb some poor worm or bird and we all know they are much more important than people.
