You walk and cast your vote in the "will of the people" beauty contest. For most that is it, they leave. Then delegates are elected via caucus.
The will of the people was Santorum, then Paul with Romney tagging along in the rear. At the end of the caucus Paul was first, Santorum second and Romeny again brought up the rear.
At the State convention Romney took all the delegates except 5, Paul took those.
So to your point, Romney took delegates without consent of the will of the people and not one Paul delegation or delegate complained. Its the rules, Bill.

In Maine Paul won the beauty contest and the State party awarded it to Romney. Paul won the delegates fair and square and Romney used his influence to throw them out, claiming the will of the people. Saturday in Maine the people of Maine censored Romney for doing what he did and now the GOP is fractured. This story goes all over the nation, the GOP was fractured because the party bosses could not stand the idea that the Paulies followed the rules and gained, earned, influence. That influence earned was denied, period.

The fact is, as bad as these rules are, the Paulies followed them and Romney did not. Romney is the one who wanted these rules as he lobbied for them in 2008. They were Romney's rules.

As an independent you want the base of the GOP to ignore the violation of rules to help you get rid of what McCain / Bush created when they ignored the rules. Some of us have more of a long range consideration to make.

Again, if the independents wanted a unified GOP to beat Obama they should have done something about it, they did not.

Our goal was never to beat Obama, our goal was, is, to restore Constitutional principles via the GOP. Your goal is to beat Obama.
Romney cannot beat Obama for you if he cant lead his own party. He cant lead the GOP if he refuses to follow the rules and cheats. It was in your best interest to hold Romney's feet to the fire and follow the rules and unify the GOP - He failed.

Romney fractured the party for what - to keep the Paulies from voting on GOP rules and to stop Ron Paul from speaking at the GOP convention. It was known to all who cared to study it that Paul and his supporters would not go away without getting what was earned. Paul earned far more respect than he got and the consequences fall directly on the new anointed leader of a fractured party - Mitt Romney

Wall Street is by far the single biggest recipient of government charity.
The problem is not the concept of charity, it is not the lazy and slothful. It is, in fact, the federal government.

One collective group not trusting the other is what the feds want, it keeps the people from knowing who the real criminals are.

Charity used to be provided by the private sector, now it is not.
How did the government get so much power......in part by waging wars. War prevents the populace from protesting the theft. War fogs the vision and requires "loyalty".

The problem is the government
Nothing gains the government power over the people like war.
You want economic prosperity, end the wars
You want security by the State - You have it in all its glory.

You want your pension to be good, get the government off my back.

I know this - nobody respects honest labor like an honest small businessman. You want prosperity, bring back the labor class.
The federal government that so many covet does need an honest laborer, they simply print the money and destroy any who calls em on it.

Wall Street gets a bunch, according to you, but they also give back something, The greater number of those 14+% give back nothing, nothing!. All they do is take, as much as they can, any way that they can get it. They need to be eliminated. I do not want a labor class run by unions, I want each and every man to stand on their own two feet, find a job, keep it, and take care of their familys needs. In other words be a man and not some sniviling, whinny, politicaly correct little girl with no balls. I read that Dems put god and Israel back into their platform, upsetting a bunch of the liberal faithful. I could care less about that god part but they understood that they would lose the American Jewish vote and some money if they didn't. Needless to say you do now know their true feelings, on both subjects.
Don't agree that war has had anything to do with the with the current socialist bunch we have in Washington today. The problem today is that they are liberal socialists, they want bigger dependence on government.
I know a guy here that has been drawing unemployment from one of our liberal States for about twelve weeks and has never looked for a job or left this country. Now do you see anything wrong with that crap? The checks are just sent to his bank account.
