McCain?? He is a neo-Con so no surprise there.
Remember, Gen Wesley Clark's famous list of countries that the Defense department had planned to overthrow the governments of??
General Wesley Clark reveals the US plan to invade and take over 7 countries, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Lybia, Somalia, Sudan, And Iran.
We were already bombing Afghanistan.
http://www.youtube.com/watch...
At the time of this list, Obama was an Illinois State Senator serving in Springfield; yet, after his rapid rise to the Presidency, he carries out the exact same list. How can that be???
I think the answer is OBVIOUS, ie he is taking orders from the same people Bush did.
Hell , Wesley Clark darned near got us into a shooting war with the Russians in Serbia in 1999.
The Russian's took the Pristina Airport and Clark ordered a Br. General to take it back from the Russians.
The Brit general refused as he didn't want to start WWIII .
Clark relieved him.
I haven't trusted Clark since.

You know what the conservatives' problem with Romney is? He's a turd. They don't really like him. But they have nobody else. You know what they say. You can't polish a turd but you roll it in glitter. And you guys don't have enough glitter.

Thiessen:‘For The Past Ten Years Harry Reid Has Been Beating His Wife’

Thursday afternoon on Fox News’ America Live, Megyn Kelly‘s panel debated Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid‘s un-sourced allegations that Republican candidate Mitt Romney did not pay taxes for ten years. Former Bush speechwriter Marc Thiessen likened Sen. Reid’s allegations to the age-old “beating your wife” logical trap, while former Democratic staffer Julie Roginsky defended the allegations as a politically “brilliant move.”

In response to Reid taking to the Senate floor to declare that “the word is out” that Romney avoided taxation for ten years, Thiessen quipped:“The word is out that for the past ten years Harry Reid has been beating his wife. Do I know that? Do I have any proof? No. But the burden of proof is on him to prove that he hasn’t been beating his wife.”

“That’s essentially what Harry Reid just did to Mitt Romney,” Thiessen said.

“What does ‘the word is out’ mean?” he continued.“He admits he doesn’t have any proof. In fact, this is the quote: he said,‘Do I know that that’s true? Well, I’m not certain. But I don’t think that the burden of proof should be on me, the burden should be on him. He’s the one I’ve alleged has not paid taxes.’”

“I mean, that’s Orwellian,” the conservative pundit added.

Kelly then asked liberal guest Roginsky:“If somebody called you up and told you ‘I believe the guy didn’t pay taxes for ten years,’ would you then repeat that on the airwaves?”

Roginsky responded first by attacking Thiessen’s point:“Go back to Marc’s point about Harry Reid and beating his wife. If there were police records existing about Harry Reid and he didn’t want to release them, then, yeah.” After Kelly pressed her for an answer, she responded,“I think politically it’s a brilliant move on Harry Reid’s part. Is politics fair game? No. Is Harry Reid doing something as a Democrat? Of course.” She then added that the burden of proof is on Romney to disprove the allegations.

If Mitt Romney wants to prove Harry Reid wrong, all he has to do is release his tax returns. Mrs. Reid can deny or confirm any allegation of abuse by Mr Reid. The burden of proof is on Mitt Romney. And since he won't release them, the only thing to think is he is indeed hiding something.

Of course, Bush involved the whole country in a war and in a foreign-country rebuilding process (Iraq) that messed up our own economy the way it did.
What can we expect from a war that required so many deployments, so many soldiers and so much time?
Bush just got us into something we couldn't afford.
Further it was unnecessary and probably in the long run will prove to be counter to our interests.

Speaking as a Ron Paul supporter, I must say that I've always liked Dennis Kucinich, though not agreeing with many policies.
But let's not forget that it was Kucinich that called for Obama's impeachment over his unauthorized war against Libya.
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0311/516...
President Barack Obama should be impeached for approving air strikes against Libya, Rep. Dennis Kucinich said in an interview Monday.
“President Obama moved forward without Congress approving,” the liberal Ohio Democrat told Raw Story.“He didn’t have congressional authorization, he has gone against the Constitution, and that’s got to be said.”
----------
Hmmm, one wonders how that went over with Axelrod and Obama???
In any case, Kucinich got DEFEATED in a democratic primary and one would have to believe that the Obama team was supporting his opponent.
Yes, one does have to wonder why Boehner and the other Republicans in the House support Obama instead of doing their job and impeaching him.

That is LAUGHABLE!! Your Uncle Tom hero has caused more lynchings, beatings and persecutions of blacks, with his war in Libya, then the KKK ever did.

Your religion (assuming you are Christian) has caused more deaths in Africa through the killings of homosexuals and the spread of AIDS by educating African's that a rubber is evil than the KKK has.

Feel better now?

Well except in this case it is all political gamemanship. In 2008 Obama released his 2000 - 2006 tax records. It now becomes an issue of transparency with Mitt being less transparent than Obama.

With all the crap Republicans have been saying about Obama and transparency, how will it play with their candidate being less transparent than Obama?

How will identifying the source prove Romney wrong? All it will do is let us know who the source is.

I think it is pretty clear who the source is, or at least who the source hangs out with. It is either McCain or someone who worked to get McCain elected that was able to view the 20+ years of tax returns that Romney turned over to McCain when he was being vetted for VP.

McCain and Reid have been in the Senate a long time, respect each other and Harry will not out him.

Romney released his past 2 years.

Now it's time for Odumbo to RELEASE ALL HIS RECORDS!! He is NOT a US citizen is why he has all his records sealed.

The Democrats are running scared so they have to create a diversion because they can't talk about the economy , jobs and why S&P downgraded the US first time in history under Odumbo's administration.

Odumbo the Marxist in Chief is out in Nov.
What unilateral action would you have liked the President to take to avoid the credit downgrade? What unilateral action would you have had him do to create jobs? What unilateral action would you have him employ to move the economy forward?

The President is in the end, a signature required to pass or veto legislation put through by congress. What has congress done in the past two years? Nothing useful!

And every time he does use his limited Presidential powers to do something unilaterally, everyone screams that it's against the constitution! He went around congress!

Fact is, independents know who to blame! It's the extreme liberals, tea party, ultra conservatives, that are so busy towing a party line that they will see this country fail before they will agree on anything!

Thank God, some of the dems are wakeing up.
Another lie on Mitt every other day just isn't
getting the people off the fact of how OUR
world has collapsed in just 4yrs. Maybe
the wake up call is working. Can't hardly
count on what Obama and his merry men will
sink to doing before the election. We will
just count on all the citizens of our once
great country....Can we count on NO cheating
or stuffing the ballot boxs? Not in this life.
NO one could possibly be any worse than Obama.
We got one more chance to try and save us. Please
use it.
We won't ever have another chance if we go the
same route we did just 4yrs. ago. ITS OVER FOR
ALL OF US!

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
