but with a different man at the helm. preferrably one with nothing to hide, not even his 'brilliant' college record!
the smartest Pres ever? how would we know? because he told us?
because his 'friends' told us? because the 'unbiased' MSM told us?
I don't know, he sure wasn't smart enough to NOT follow FDR's failed economic policies, was he?
oh, well, four more years of this Pres and his pol POV, and just eating one's next meal will become most every one's priority...

<quoted text>You might want to check out the news. It seems the economy is on the rise and unemployment is steadily declining. So much for wrecking the economy. Looks as though he might actually be FIXING it.
u might want to check the Fed govt's own numbers about how many Americans are 1) avail to work, 2) how many are actually employed and 3) WHAT that percentage difference is.
then again, u might not...
by the way, this same Govt u believe (in) sooo much, it doesn't even factor in food and energy costs any more when calculating the inflation rate. how much has ur costs in those two areas ALONE risen these past three years? even those receiving food stamps have to know they can't get as much 'free' stuff as before![I wonder what the increase in food costs has done to the black market exchange rate of cash for stamps?:)]

thank god they weren't Progressives, tho!
Progressives have given the libs their bad name.
Prog Reps are called RINOs.
remember, the Nazi's took most of their worst behaviours right out of the Progressives' Play Book.
now, mandatory rubbers, pills and morning-after 'contraceptives'... sounds like the good ol' Progressive birth control/sterilize the poor (i.e.,'coloured' races) from the 20's and 30's, don't it? which led to the 'cleansing' in Germany...

see, there is that anti-Constitutional, anti-Republic thinking again. it takes 270 Electoral Votes IRREGARDLESS of the popular vote. u think we live in a simple democracy. we don't.
we live in a Constitutionally LIMITED Republic and are (supposed to be) governed by Law. not simple, easily manipulated, momentary majorities.

the proposed welfare budget for HHS in 2012 was $800B.

I never said I don't want to pay taxes. I don't want to pay excessive taxes, and have my government run up huge debt for things they should not be doing.
did u notice on his list were all things taxpayers use and pay for but nothing that they pay for and don't use. like:
food stamps
Section 8 housing
Medicaid
I wonder why, dingo?
would u print such a list of services for the ones that don't pay 1% of the taxes a working taxpayer pays? don't welfare recipients use these same govt services? matter of fact, isn't it the 'poor' neighborhoods that get most of the police, fire and EMT calls?
seems to me u are bitchin' to the wrong group of user/abusers when it comes to cost of govt services consumed vs. contributions paid.

Explain how and when your personal taxes have gone up.
lumping fees and other mandated monies under the tax banner, try this one:
I heat with natural gas. that's all I use NG for. used to be, when one used NO gas, one received a zero bill. nowadays, I get billed $12.50 p/mo every month I don't use ANY NG.
how much of that $12.50 is to offset the cost of deadbeats not paying their bill?
IF the Progressives have their way, it may double or triple, just to increase the cost of a fossil fuel to promote the use of Green energy. that is the European way: tax (increase) the cost of oil and gas AND subsidize the cost of Green energy. thereby giving the ILLUSION that Green energy is cost effective. sheer insanity... and it is being imported here by our own leaders.
and such insanity is being supported by voters like u!?!
how can such a system NOT fail under the weight of its own lies?less IS better

Your claims about welfare are just uninformed. Which cost the country more in real dollars?
A. Welfare
B. The Iraq War
for one year, 2012 (again):
the cost of war in Irag/Afgan was budgeted for $140B PLUS the regular Def budget of $670B;
once again, HHS was budgeted for $800B ALONE. now, add it all the welfare monies NOT included in the HHS bufget (food stamps are Ag Dep, etc...) AND add the indiv States' cost of mandated Fed welfare programs, too!
u got any tougher questions?

Less than 1% of the average taxpayer’s dollar goes to support welfare. It would seem you’ve chosen something awfully small to complain about. Less than 1%. Are you aware of theses numbers?
Perhaps your complaint isn’t centered around dollars and cents at all. If it were, you’d easily find something larger and more wasteful to whine about. Perhaps?
out of the proposed 2012 Obama budget of 3.3T dollars, approx 1T was SS and Medicar as was about 950B in payroll taxes to pay for it. out of the remaining 2.3T dollars of the proposed budget, AGAIN, 800B was for HHS alone. the problem? there was only another 1.2T of revenue to pay the 2.3T of budget.
simple math shows that welfare payments and other non-Constitutional depts (like Ed) consume MUCH more than a mere 1% of our FIT dollars. it is more like 55-60 cents of every dollar of revenue is spent on some Prog/socialists wet-dream of a program!
and we are now borrowing 40 cents of every dollar we spend. we are borrowing TO PAY FOR WELFARE, PERIOD.
in-san-ity. get IT?

So I’m racist because I state something that’s true about the Constitution? LOL! Sorry, nice try. The fact is, you don’t se the need to EVOLVE.
Women did not have equal rights
Women couldn’t vote
Blacks sat at the back of the bus
Blacks couldn’t vote
Etc….
All things can not stay the same.
EVOLVE
wtf! is THIS 1812? or 2012?
u are preaching DEvolving, not evolving.
the Const has Evolved from those days u cited.
u want ur Country and fellow citizens to DEvolve to the tyranny of the Nanny State.
u are preaching Insanity.

The number of Black people that voted for Barack Obama because he’s Black is far superseded by the number of whites that voted for McCain because he’s not Black.
Thus meaning whites came out on top in the race-based vote category. Your argument holds no merit and only makes you look childish and bitter.
if 97% of the white voters had voted like blacks, Obama and his failed 'remedies' would have never happened.
if a REAL Democrat like JFK had been elected, this recession would be all but a memory. check ur history, fool.
FDR;s New Deal policies did NOT end the Great Depression, they prolonged it. just like Obama's new-ND policies have prolonged this great recession.

The left is hung up on who the whites voted for, who the blacks voted for, whites will not vote for blacks, ad nauseum. I get sick of their garbage.

After 3 years of this I have gotten to the point when I see a black person I wonder if they will jump all over me about being a racist. Intellectually I know it is not the individual I am dealing with , but too many times of being called a racist have made me apprehensive when encountering a black person. I was not that way 4 years ago.

This is just what the left wants. Us at each other leaving them free to victimize us.

If the gov stayed the hell out of my pockets I would have more money to spend thus providing influx to the economy thus helping businesses expand making it necessary to hire employees who will have an income to shop and buy products helping businesses expand and provide more employment. do you get how it works? All these jobs will provide a tax base for you greedy libs to try to spend to buy votes and keep people in perpetual poverty. Government meddling is responsible the high costs of health care and obumbble care only make it worse. Funding for public schools has risen drastically over the years and the teacher unions still cannot produce intelligent graduates. Your liberal mind is fryed

Our local school built an addition to the grade schools. How many classrooms? None, it was all additional administration.

We could get rid of all education spending oon the state and federal levels. Let each community handle it's own children.

The biggest bastion of racism in the United States today exists in the Democrat Party.

Democrats see only color of skin, ethnicity, gender, etc. Every time they don't get a vote, it's not because of their failed big-government, tax and spend policies, Democrat's always blame xenophobia, gender bias, etc. etc.

They ignore the fact that there are very successful conservative leaders of every gender, race, and creed currently holding office, today, at this very moment, in the United States.

Of course, when those folks are pointed out to lefties, they are merely dismissed as traitors to their race, gender, or creed.

When Democrats lose, it's never about bad policy. Just ask them, and they'll tell you.

Let's turn education back to the community where it will be held accountable. You can go to the monthly school board meeting. You can't go to Washington and get results.

It's a red letter day for relationships under the Lunar Eclipse in your house of significant others, because you're facing some important and far-reaching changes to some of them. The pressure has been building since the Gemini Solar Eclipse on May 20. f you've known for some time that things aren't working out, you're about to reach a crisis point as becomes obvious that the present situation can't continue much longer. The coming New Moon in Gemini on June 19 will see progress of one kind or another, though this unusual eclipse cycle will have a far-reaching effect. You may have to be cruel to be kind, or more forceful than you would like, in order to get your point across, but do you really have any viable alternative?
