Republicans focusing attention on the Hispanic vote

Well that is assuming that all legal Hispanics are in favor of illegals being here and not recognizing many of them came here legally.Many Hispanics are hard working, good people ,some born here ,some naturalized and many worked hard to be successful. They know we appreciate them and many do not appreciate illegal law breakers demanding rights legals earned or inherited from their parents. I do not see the Hispanic vote being a problem with many Hispanics I know.

If the only way you can earn these people's vote is by allowing criminal activity, what exactly does that say about the type of people they are and what type of people the politicians are?

Criminally minded and lawless...all of them. And they are NOT the type of people we want here.

Oooh! Let me and/or my family members or members of the same nationality commit crimes and I'll vote for you!

Not our regular pets that we can give em a treat and get em to sit or rollover by commands.

I was unaware that Hispanics using their vote & 1st amendment to the US Constitution to demand a change in immigration law is considered allowing criminal activity?

you obviously did not understand what he said even though to most of us it was crystal clear he was saying it is pretty sad that democrats have to try and allow ILLEGALS to get away with coming here ILLEGALLY to get their votes but most of the votes they get that way is from the ILLEGALS but they don't care they will do anything for votes

What specific law do you want to change?

Republicans bash latin immigrants while rich agribusiness has a powerful lobby to keep the borders open---for their cheap labor.

As long as there are JOBS being given here to illegal aliens,illegal immigration will Not stop.

Rich agribusiness has an addition for cheap hispanic labor, but also the hotel industries and most of the service industries. Illegal immigration is a big business, so why let it stop?
Ask Gingerich, he will not close the border.

Why would anybody want to sneak into that evil Yankee country where big agribusiness, and hotel servitude are so common? Why not stay in the latin paradise?

Maybe because in the USA one still gets to vote. and a vote still means something. Even if it is for Gingrich. And a hispanic vote equals a gringo vote equals a black vote. so why would any party NOT court the hispanics?
