The arguments against Grand Wizard Romney are for his Secrecy and Deceit when it comes to so many things including but not limited to Bain after February 1999.

According to what he and others have said now and in the past and to the many, many, many documents he signed Grand Wizard Romney is either a liar or a felon or both.
