Didnt Lincoln employ Tommie Davis. Ex director of ECAEDC, who helped close the agency and deplete services to the young and poor for the misappropriation of $ 3.2 million in 1997 ? The employees filed a lawsuit, and never went to court. Good job Blanche. Hire an embezzler for ur farm manager.!!!
