Judged: 11 11 6 These tea-baggers haven’t learned - NEVER BET AGAINST BLACK; especially against a Harvard Law professor who graduated from Harvard with high honors. The best part is that President Obama could have put this off until after the election but pushed for a Supreme Court decision before the election because he knew HCR was Constitutional… and remember when he was in the Rose Garden during a press conference and warned the Justices not to even think about overturning it… that was great, LOL. |

Judged: 7 5 5 President Obama’s crowning achievement: the Largest Tax Increase in US history 06/29/2012 By Sam Bain President Barack Obama pulled a fast one on the American people. On September 20, 2009, Obama told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos that the mandate in his health care law was “absolutely not a tax.” And during the 2008 campaign, he promised no one making under $250,000 would see a tax increase under his administration. It turns out that when Pelosi said we needed to pass the president’s health care law to see what was in it, she was right. The president’s signature legislative achievement, passed by an “any means necessary” strategy, deepened partisan rifts and signaled that the president’s campaign promises were as empty as his slogans. Out of all the smoke and mirrors comes the biggest tax increase this country has ever seen. Obama had enough trouble getting the bill passed initially, even after cutting backdoor deals. There was no way he could have sold it as a tax increase, so instead he deceived and manipulated the American people and even his own base. The president’s health care plan has been controversial and divisive from the beginning. It was passed without bipartisan support, amidst widespread public opposition. Soon after the plan became law, even more citizens realized that the president’s promises were not true and opposition increased. President Obama repeatedly said that under his plan, Americans could keep their health care plans if they liked them. He said the plan would cut health care costs and would not add to the nation’s debt. Those promises turned out to be false. http://dailycaller.com/2012/06/29/obamacare-l... |

Judged: 5 5 5 Obama brings Death Panels back for Seniors Even more disturbing to Americans was the concern that under Obama’s health care law they would lose control over their health care decisions. The law created IPAB, the Independent Payment Advisory Board, consisting of 15 unelected bureaucrats charged with making a wide range of health care decisions. The board was granted the authority to approve or deny treatments recommended by doctors. In other words, Washington bureaucrats could ration care by overruling treatment decisions made by doctors in consultation with their patients. Judged: 5 4 4 Many people who support health care reform do not welcome the president’s health care law because they know we need to take a different approach. They want affordable health care that honors the doctor-patient relationship. Americans, rightly, never supported the president’s law because they knew it would increase their health care costs, delay their care and put their health care decisions in the hands of Washington bureaucrats. It would be one thing if the American people asked for this, but we did not. We were sold hope, change and a prosperous vision for America. Instead, the president delivered taxes, control and deceit. He played us like a fiddle, but the most important thing my mother ever taught me was that you reap what you sow. Obama planted deception. This November will be the harvest. |

Judged: 6 5 5 CBO: ObamaCare Price Tag Shifts from $940 Billion to $1.76 Trillion By Brian Koenig – Wed, Mar 14, 2012 President Obama's landmark healthcare overhaul is projected to cost $1.76 trillion over a decade, reports the Congressional Budget Office, a hefty sum more than the $940 billion estimated when the healthcare legislation was signed into law. To put it mildly, ObamaCare's projected net worth is far off from its original estimate -- in fact, about $820 billion off. Backtracking to his September 2009 remarks to a joint session of Congress on healthcare, Obama asserted the following: "Now, add it all up, and the plan I'm proposing will cost around $900 billion over 10 years -- less than we have spent on the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and less than the tax cuts for the wealthiest few Americans that Congress passed at the beginning of the previous administration." When the final CBO report was released before the law's passage, critics surmised that the actual 10-year cost would far exceed the advertised projections. In other words, the numbers were seemingly obscured through a political ploy devised to jam the legislation through Congress. "Democrats employed many accounting tricks when they were pushing through the national health care legislation," asserted Philip Klein of the Washington Examiner, "the most egregious of which was to delay full implementation of the law until 2014." This accounting maneuver allowed analysts to cloak the true cost of ObamaCare, Klein alleged, making the law appear less expensive under the CBO's budget window. If that doesn't tickle your fancy, maybe this will: "President Obama's healthcare reform law coverage provisions will cost less but cover fewer people than first thought," the Hill reported, considering data from the CBO's Tuesday report. Revised estimates of ObamaCare's coverage provisions indicate that 2 million fewer people will acquire coverage by 2016. Moreover, the CBO estimates that 4 million Americans will lose their employer-sponsored health plans by 2016, a far cry from the 1-million-person figure forecasted last year. Further yet, 1 million to 2 million fewer people will be granted access to the federally-subsidized healthcare exchanges, while an additional 1 million are estimated to qualify for Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Provision. http://news.yahoo.com/cbo-obamacare-price-tag... |

Judged: 5 4 4 Obamacare rationing panels an ‘immediate danger to seniors’: former AMA president by Kathleen Gilbert Thu Mar 22, 2012 ( LifeSiteNews.com )- Concerns over the new health care law’s system for rationing health care - famously dubbed the “death panels” by Sarah Palin - have been reinforced by a former head of the American Medical Association, who said the advisory panels “will essentially mean rationed care” for the elderly. Former AMA President Donald Palmisano wrote in a Daily Caller column Monday that the Independent Payment Advisory Boards (IPAB), tasked with keeping Medicare expenses under control, would have little oversight as they deal with the disproportionate cost burden from seniors with greater medical needs. Donald Palmisano “The 15 officials who will make up the board will not only be empowered to make what is expected to be billions of dollars’ worth of cuts to Medicare every year, but will be required to do so when spending exceeds targeted rates,” wrote Palmisano. “PAB’s recommended cuts will become law unless a supermajority in Congress vetoes the board’s proposal and creates its own cost-cutting proposal of equal size — an unlikely scenario even in the most harmonious of political times.” Although the panels are expected to focus on cutting payments to the doctors themselves, Palmisano said that Medicaid providers are already being sucked dry - and warned that a more brutal form of rationing, using adjustments based on “quality of life” as already practiced in Great Britain, was likely in store. “IPAB may eventually be allowed to resort to Great Britain’s chosen rationing methods and refuse to provide certain effective treatments to patients who need them based on costs and patients’ remaining ‘quality adjusted life years.’ Though the law currently forbids IPAB from engaging in such behavior, there is little reason to believe these rules won’t be changed — or at least stretched — down the road as costs continue to balloon and political dynamics change,” he wrote. Palmisano warned that a group of lawmakers urging full repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), instead of piecemeal attempts, may miss the opportunity to block the most dangerous parts of the law, such as IPAB. “[I]f Congress misses what could be its last chance to eliminate IPAB — one of the most egregious aspects of the law — it will be doing a disservice to seniors who need good medical care now and in the near-term future,” wrote Palmisano. http://www.lifesitenews.com/news/obamacare-ra... |

Judged: 9 5 4 That is exactly what you right-wing tea-bagging idiots were saying about it going to the Supreme Court… furthermore, what’s even more amusing is the fact that your idiots are now forced to support RINO Romney – the guy who created the blueprint for OBAMACARE – and you are placing all your delusion hopes on this weak milk-toast empty suit to beat the President who single-handedly found and killed Osama bin Laden, and then repeal a law that he basically created… running with the same false hopes that you placed in the Supreme Court I see, LOL! |

You messiah flat out lied to everyone saying it wasn't a tax, and now the SC says it is. Romney is raising money at twice the rate of nobama now. What Romney created it one state is nothing like what was created by pelosi and the idiot in chief. Nobama used all of Bush's policies which got bin laden, nothing singlehandly about it, you moron. |

"He did not hold the title of Professor of Law," said Marsha Ferziger Nagorsky, an Assistant Dean for Communications and Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago School of Law or Harvard. Apparently, you're the only one who has seen his transcripts. Why don't you share them with the rest of the country? It hilarious how idiots on left like yourself are calling this a victory, when Judge Roberts and the SC labeld the HCB a tax, and now has pissed off every moderate democrat and republican in the country. Clock is ticking, bogus Marine. |
