Telia McCall of Marietta High School (Ga) is playing in the Class AAAAA semifinals tomorrow night at 7 p.m. She and the Blue Devils are going to face Beach, and the game will be webcasted LIVE on www.gpb.org/basketball . If the team wins, Marietta will reach the state title game on Friday at 7 p.m., also webcasted live on the same site. Good chance to see a new Lady Cavalier in action before she hits campus.

Telia McCall is going to be one of the best players to come through the University of Virginia. I think you'all be visibly impressed with her ballhandling skills as well as her long range outside shooting; her midrange game is going to go to another lever at Virginia. She will no longer be a guard "handcuffed" to the post because of her height. It is going to be truly exciting seeing her evolution.
