Ravens, Terps have similar QB dilemmas

the big difference and it's a really big difference is the Terps have a QB that looked very good last year in Turner and another with huge upside in Portis (why Steffy is even in the mix has me questioning RF ability to judge QB talent). The Ravens have Boller, which anybody paying attention shutters at the very sound of his name; Smith, looked OK but that doesn't realy cut it in the NFL and Flacco, a rookie who appears to be 2 years away from NFL action.

why Steffy is even in the mix has me questioning RF ability to judge QB talent you obvioulsy know nothing about friedgen and his ability to develop qb's.
