Just imagine how amazing the academic programs would be at OSU if they spent even 10% more on academics instead of 10% more on football.

To whoever said they are students first and athletes second. Apparently you have never taught college courses with athletes in them. The kids get baby sat in your class and the athletic department constantly strong arms teachers to cater to student athletes all the time.

Most of these kids are only in college as a minor inconvenience until they can go pro and make bank. Most of them couldn't give two shits about an education. It's quite offensive in this country that someone can make 100X more than a doctor for carrying a little leather ball up an down 100 yds of astroturf.

No wonder the young people in this country are borderline retarded.

Thanks...its so obvious...heck, they don't even throw to Saine on the wing anymore...he's big & incredibly fast..the coaches don't use him properly!
