Rob Bolden walked off a snow-covered field Saturday night, tugged at his shoulder pads and stood alone on the Penn State sideline.

Rob Bolden appears to have all the tools to be sucessful, he has the size, athletic ability and the arm to play quaterback. Yet he has not progressed and if anything regessed. He seems to lack an innate feel for the game. He seems to be unable to set his feet and deliver the ball consistently. My observation is that he has been overloaded with technical details which causes him to be indecisive. He needs to see the defense, trust what he sees, make a decision and to execute.
