UNC vs. Duke: Loss to Tar Heels Proves Duke Isn't Title Contender

Full story: BleacherReport

The two biggest obstacles to Duke's championship aspirations were exposed on Saturday night by North Carolina: its inexperience and its over-reliance on their perimeter game, namely hitting three-point shots.

Duke only won the first game by a few unusual plays, I considered that one luck. I consider the Kentucky loss as luck also. I believe Carolina only lost two games this season and that set them up in my mind to have an excellent chance for a championship this season.

One thing I know about the tournament, is that it's unpredictable. Duke could play with any team in the Nation on any given day, you just don't know what will happen.

NEVER count Duke out. They somehow tend to shine in the tournament and Coach K is amazing at getting the most out of his weaker teams over the years. But I really believe this another year for North Carolina and you know they will be ready and are very seasoned in tournament play. I think the guys from East Lansing could possibly upset everyone's apple cart. Syracuse has a history of managing to choke at the worst possible time, and Kentucky is a tough contender to handle. As for my Buckeyes - you just never know from game to game. I just don't see them at the big dance, but wouldn't complain if they were there. Should be a great tournament throughout, no matter who ends up with the title.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Taurus

The sad fact is that a certain person isn't making much sense right now. They seem to be talking nonsense, or maybe they've got the wrong end of the stick but are hanging on to it for grim death and refuse to let you correct them. Mind you, there's also the possibility that you're the one who has got themselves in a muddle but doesn't realize it. Scary!
