Well, UCONN misses title game again. Thanks to Big East rough housing. Dyson gets injured by a player from Syracuse who's only real roll is to mix it up with the other teams. He's called a hustle player but really he is a professional fouler. This time he fouled the entire conference into second place. Big East needs to clean up its act and hire new officials. And start playing basketball again. UCONN never had a much of a chance to win anyway with little or no three point shooting and a big man, Adrian who has bricked every big foul shot for his career, sort of the ARod college basketball, too good to cut and not good enough to win.. But Dyson was sorely missed and he was the measure for error for this team. Walker played the worst game in Final Four history and killed his teams chances from moment he entered the game. Misses first five three throws and then makes the two stupidest fouls of the game. Fouls the three point shooter and then fouls again with UCONN down four with over a minute to play. That's a ten point swing right there. And of, course there were other poor plays too. Thabeet goes no.2 in draft. Price middle second round. Adrien could play tight end for Pats. UCONN should be good next year if this kid from Down Under can play and Walker finds a jump shot and a learns to control his game. Always good to make Final Four Thanks for the fun.

Michigan was much more disciplined under pressure and had a better head on their shoulders. The best team won and it will be nice to watch them in the final. Good season UCONN; you did well to get this far.

Good job UConn you represented the Big East well. Its hard to win when the refs are pulling for the home team to win.

Walker played the worst game in Final Four history and killed his teams chances from moment he entered the game. Adrian actually played a good game. He missed some but made some like everyone else. UConn wouldn't be in the Final Four if not for Walker's performance against Missouri. In other words, get a life!

Nice job by Michigan State they did what they had to do to beat this strong UCONN team. They did their best Pitt imitation and it seemed to work. I really enjoyed seeing Adrian get pissed when the guy was hanging on his neck and he dropped him to the floor. Lucky they did not let him get up because somebody would have lost their head! Huskies did let it get away at the foul line and it was painful to see those shots fall off the rim the way they did. But all and all the Huskies gave their best all season and this team overcame a lot difficulties that other teams would have folded on. They did not they hung in there and I give them Kudos for that. As for the Sparty's take it to NC I can not stand the Hansborugh guy and I wished we had the chance to slam the ball back in his idiotic face! But time tells a story and we will look back on this year as another successful season in the Husky tradition. all the the Husky team members be proud of what you did because I sure am. All the best to the greatest coaching staff in college basketball!

T-H-A-N-K-S Jeff, A.J., Craig, and Hasheem. For a team without a jump shooter, you guys went further than you should have. And one thought just for JEFF....you go down as an alltime great Husky, right there with Ray, Rip, Okafor, El Amin, Tate and Chris Smith !!! Jeff, you have been a GREAT college player.

Free throws baby! They were hitting theirs and we didn't. Who's that freshman! He got lost in the scouting report. 72,000? I wonder if they all paid for their tickets.

UCONN was beaten by a better, smarter, more physical team. Calhoun's excuse of injuries hurting the team means he did a poor job of preparation. A seldom used bench hurt, what was it, bench points 32 to 5 or something near that. With all the Big East Bluster, defense and team play won out over the chest thumping, high five-ing thugs style play. Physical basketball may get one in the NBA(National Boring Association) but winning NCAA titles takes teamwork and smarts. Time for Calhoun to better prepare for the "big dance!"

See what happens when you cheat? Cheaters lose. The next thing you need to lose is your idiot coach. The crystal ball shows the Uconn program about to enter a period of rebuilding.

I have to give Calhoun and the UConn players credit for their comments after the game. There was no whining and no excuses. Michigan State played a very physical Big East style game and UConn just missed too many free throws and three point shots. If, and this is a really big if, UConn had Dyson in the game they wouldn't have been able to handcuff Price the way they did. I sort of agree with Pnete's comments about Syracuse to a point. Everyone in the Big East plays physical ball, and it just happened to be Syracuse who knocked out Dyson.

That's an interesting take seeing how total team fouls were 25 for MSU and 18 for UC. They simply wanted it more. They got to more loose balls and pounded the offensive boards. They also got key contributions from role players and got way too many easy baskets in transition. I honestly thought they were an Elite 8 team after Dyson went down, but they had a nice run in the tourney, especially Robinson. Finally showing some of his potential. It was a fun season to watch.

Thanks, Huskies, for a great season! Now go and make the most of the free education you're getting, since it's the ONLY way you're being paid for generating a whole pile of money for the NCAA and University leaches.(If you don't get the education, then you've just gone through sort of a fun version of slavery. Think about that.)

UConn got beat by a well coached team that has been getting steadily better with contributions from many players. MSU shut down Price's scoring opportunities better than anyone has all year, they rebounded by blocking out and they hit their free throws while UConn didn't. UConn had a great year considering all of the bigs have poor hands and are poor free throw shooters. Price was excellent considering he had to create all of his scoring opportunities on his own. Kemba has a lot of potential which shone fully against Missouri but was out of sync last night. A trip to the final four is a big accomplishment. Go Huskies

Oh, that's brilliant. I thought they lost because MSU played better, but it was because you think UConn cheated. Genius.

The better team by far won. When you play like crap you lose. If Calhoun retires he would make a lot of UCONN fans very happy!
