I have ALL the research. If you paid any attention to past Chosen Traveler posts you would see many mentions of my distaster for Major Conference teams playing Mid-Majors, Div 2, Pee Wee teams, etc something the SEC is well known for.

USC was the ONLY team last year to face ONLY major conference opponents. This year we had Hawaii again (which I would prefer we not), but they are far superior to the Northwestern States and blood money teams the SEC throws in their padded schedule...HaHa

There is no team that hasn't played their easier teams from time to time. They are more like a scrimmage game to the major schools. I seem to remember UGA playing Hawaii in the Sugar Bowl and winning 41-10 on the ONLY unbeaten team in FBS that year. Even your precious USC lost 2 games just like UGA did in 2007. I see on your schedule that USC plays a Colorado team that was 3-10 last year. Just like Buffalo was 3-9. Guess ya'll are playing a patsy too.

CCF, Colorado is in our Pacific 12 division. I dont rag on you guys for playing Kentucky or Miss State. They are all major BCS teams. It is the games you have control over to play. You SEC boys continue to schedule those bums-of-the-month, lower tier competion. Last year LSUsers had Northwestern State... Where and who the f*ck is a Northwestern State...please! HaHa

The MAC has a Champion crowned every year which last years was Northern Illinois. Boise State was a member of the WAC and look who they became. Every team in the FBS is not an LSU or Alabama but doesn't mean they aren't a major BCS team. As long as they are in the FBS, they are considered a major team. Just think how long teams like Washington State, UNLV, or Fresno State take at times to have decent teams.

BTW, Washington State IS in a major conference. But the few teams that would be good enough to play in the major conferences (those being the SEC, Pac-12, Big Ten, Big Twelve, ACC, Big East) usually get invited by one of those conferences to join. If they decline, then they continue to get ridiculed because the majority of their competition in subpar. Boise has proven they are a factor year in and year out but there will continue to be that stigma until they play a schedule of majority major conference foes. So your FBS comment is a half truth at best, just like my feelings about the SEC claiming they have a superior schedule by playing each other throughout the year but then throwing 2 or 3 bums in to round out their schedule. There is no need for that! There are plenty of teams in the majors to play...
