If an armed citizen was in that theater he or she would have ended that carnage.

Say bruin, who was the better college qb?
Gary Beban, Mark Harmon, John Sciarra, Rick Neuheisel Troy Aikman, Cade McNown?
A real Bruin would say Sciarra....Go Bruins!
Nice list of Bruin greats there, Bite On...but don't forget about another Bruin great Bob Waterfield, who in a 7 year career in the NFL: won 2 NFL titles; made 2 Pro-Bowl appearances; 5-time All-Pro; 2-time NFL MVP; NFL 1940's All-Decade Team...and is now a member of the NFL Hall Of Fame, along with Troy Aikman, Not bad for QB that went to a "basketball" school eh?

Sciarra was great too, him and McNown were about even in my book, but both ran a different style of offense, Sciarra ran the Wish-bone, so he got many more yards rushing than McNown, but McNown did mostly passing and had the receivers to support his style of play.

If the NCAA doesn't give Penn St the death penalty for at least 1 year for what happened there it should never be brought up again by them. EVER!!!

I say ole boy you should throw your book out.No comparison between McNown and Sciarra. Sciarra hands down the best college QB, he ran Vermeil's veer offense ole boy not the wishbone. All American, he beat Matthews Buckeyes who were number one ranked in the Rosebowl. Playing for the Best and toughest Bruin Coach ever in Dick Vermiel..Aikman was a half Bruin, more Sooner than Bruin ole boy.

USC has had more NFL QB's but none as good as UCLA's Troy Aikman.

I say ole boy give credit to where it's due, Barry Switzer recruited him not Donahue,he is a Oklahoma/UCLA product, we Bruins can thank the late Jerome(Pearl Harbor) Brown for breaking Aikman's ankle and sending him back to LA....Go Bruins!

Aikman was definitely in a "one of the few" category. Threw such accurate passes and his long ball was amazing.

UCLA SEASON REVIEW BY C.T.

You may want to have your scouts start looking now and beg some of those PSU players to sit out and come West to play in better weather and in anticipation for annual your late season collapse.

After you (B)ruins get overly excited with your 4-1 start this year (losing to the only good team Nebraska), your baby blue boys will go 2-5 the rest of the way to finish at that magical Westwood number of 6-6!

But this time you may want to deline a (local desert) bowl invitaion so you can be proud of Moras first year by having a wash and (technically) not losing record!

They may now. But what about before? NO they did not.
So are you bragging, or complaining that USC got caught?

Neither! Too many of you like to keep up the run-its-course cheating moniker against the Trojans when ALL of these other schools are the ones I am currently hearing about with student-athletes getting in trouble.

USC - SQUEAKY CLEAN NOW AND NEVER MISSED A BEAT DURING SANCTIONS

Not gonna happen CT...I only see two losses for sure, one to Nebraska and other I won't say...and Stanford will be a toss-up especially the game being at the Rose Bowl this year...anything worse that an 8-4 will be unacceptable.

I'm in Vegas right now, and I just took a picture with OJ Simpson's Bronco at Luxor Hotel...and I can still see the blood stains on the driver's door.
