I used to be big on college football but I honestly haven't watched it in a few years besides watching my own team,Notre Dame. Im familiar wit rhodes cuz my bro is a seminal fan. I like the kid tho i'd never tell him that, but running the zone I think we don't need very good corners. Just solid wit good instincts & good recognition in route combinations. Wut we do need is good to great interior lineman. Judging by the contracts Seymour & Kelly are both carrying, it's not likely they'll be back next year. We have Bryant who can swing inside & outside but who knows if he can be an every down player. Thus far he's been a pretty good relieveman. I in the case he can be an every down player we still would be short 1 unless we're gonna make Ivey an every down player. Point blank we need lineman more than we need corners cuz I believe our back up corners can new pretty good in a zone. Dvds biggest problem was locating the ball wit his back to the QB. He was always in good position but never would look back for the ball. Running zone often u have to turn ue back to the QB & he has the speed to break on the ball & make plays. Chekwa flashed very good instincts lastyear when he was healthy so I think we're set there. Out most glaring need is DT.
