How does one have a "consensual sexual relationship" with a 16 year old psychiatric patient?
A am no lawyer, but aren't there two legal barriers to this being possible, the patient's minor age, and her mental state?

Nice to see an underachieving, second tier basketball player can get a nice job at a state facility. I am certain he was the most qulaified candidate that wasn't a white male. I am equally certain he probably didn't have a degree. I am sure it took months if not years to terminate him. Alas, CT it's unions, it corruptions. Gotta get back to work now to earn more and pay more taxes.

"Former University of Connecticut basketball player Eric Hayward"
I think we can pretty much get the picture of who Eric Hayward is

I didn't at first. Usually the names are a dead give-away, like Tyrone,Jamal or something made up on a stoop. I figured it out though. Tim wrote: "Former University of Connecticut basketball player Eric Hayward" I think we can pretty much get the picture of who Eric Hayward is

What will his sentence be?
The article (of course) doesn't even mention that crucial detail.

Hopefully 5 - 10 or in that vicinity. He is slime, my God, this girl was there for help and he took advantage of her. He'll probably like it in Corrigan, he will be in his own element to say the least. The Tickler wrote: What will his sentence be? The article (of course) doesn't even mention that crucial detail.

I graduated from a state college and never had anything go on like these criminals from UCONN while they attended or after they graduated from UCONN. For some of these players; the fame and ball game is never over. Too many UCONN athletes and students are getting arrested for foolish crimes. Perhaps they ought to take mandatory trips to a prison or jail where they can see how the old teamates are doing on the You Con basketball team.

Jim Calhoun.... always recruiting loser thugs to live in this state. Why people still support this criminal team, I have no idea.

His education was very important to him, as exemplified by the fact that on a game night when they would get back home at 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM, he would still consistently attend his early morning classes". see Tyrone's post for source Sometimes people become creeps but neither basketball nor the school they attended should be faulted
