Moreno, he actually gained those yards against the best defenses in college football.

Quit it. Wells had some of his best game against top defenses. Had 155 yards against LSU in the title game. Most of that came in the first half before his team fell behind and had to throuw the ball. Would have had over 250 if not for that. If I was an NFL team I would take Moreno but thats based on injury history not for your reasons. Moreno played the same defense that year! How many yards did he have? Quit it!

I say we do need to pick up a RB pretty soon if not now. Ronnie Brown to me has been a bust. He did pretty good his first year or two but since then...He hasn't shown much of anything. He only had 3 100+ yard games last season. I agree with what Bill Parcells said to him in Preseason last year...That it would surprise him if Brown could break off a 50+ yard run. When I look at Peterson and some of these other running backs out there and then look at Brown...Man, I just shake my head. I think we pretty much wasted out 2nd pick on him. I like the idea of another RB. We need someone to get us really into contention.

There are good running backs available in the later rounds of the draft. With parmele signed by the ravens, I would expect parcells to draft one late or sign free agents. And an improved offensive line just makes it easier for the running backs. And parcells and co want to run between the tackles, which doesn't take speed, just a bruiser.

Hey roger/mike/bung-hole/etc.....

I didn't hear the bell announcing it was time for trolls to begin posting?

I guess because you're such an idiot you maxed out the equipment.

Tell you what - why don't you try posting an intellegent thought or idea? What's that? Oh, you never have any? Sorry. I didn't realize you were a retard. Go ahead and keep posting the mindless crap you always do. Only wipe the droll off of your chin.

Amen, brother! When you have a top-notch line you don't a high priced and/or high maintenance RB to win games. Build the line first. Every season there are decent RBs available. Get us a good D-Line player or a Corner first. Then a good speedy receiver and we'll do fine.

My personal preference would be for Miami to draft someone like Jerome Bettis.

Amen. I watched some of the build up to the Senior Bowl on the NFL network. Sparano, Parcells, and Ireland were all there for pretty much the whole thing. To spend several days at the run-up to a game a lot of other coaches ignore tells me they are looking very closely at the mid to late rounds for hidden talent. Remember, Bess was an undrafted walk-on. It'd be nice to find a few more like him on the second day.

Thats what I like to hear. Thats why they were able to snag donald thomas in the 6th round I believe it was last year. The later rounds are where you make a difference. Look at Davone Bess, an undrafted free agent! The gems are there if you just LOOK! Miami has a tougher schedule this year, so we need to improve.

I almost forgot: when I was watching the Super Bowl they announced that 35 former Senior Bowl players were playing in the game. Check out this link:
