One reason, there are no decent sports teams in Orlando for the reporters to cover! Second, not everyone that lives in Orlando are UCF grads! |

They are smart for covering the Bulls. They are a BCS program with a bright future. The Tampa Tribune won't cover UCF b/c they are in the same category as FAU, FIU, FAMU....irrevelent non BCS programs. Conference USA won't get you much exposure outside of East Orlando.

Hold on there. USF, regardless of their moniker, is in Central Florida. They do have a fanbase in the region, they just suck at geography. |

This is a case of bankrupt newsapaper trying to cover anything about anything in order to gain readership. Losing Half a million a month is taking a toll on this rag.
There are some newspapers who are printed to line the bottom of bird-cages and the Sentinel is on the top of the list. |
