Quote from the article:

"Lara's work ethic, volunteerism and academic strengths in science and math would help his adoptive country compete where it has fallen behind other nations, the lawyer said."

Is it actually possible for a child to adopt a country without the country's permission?

Apparently he wants to adopt the U.S. but not it's laws. Send this ILLEGAL ALIEN along with his parents back to his birth country. Let him get in line and apply to come here legally.

It's illegal for ILLEGAL ALIENS to be in this country therefore they are criminals and that includes students.

Once an alien (legal or illegal) turns 18 they are required to register with our federal government. If they don't this adult becomes an accomplice to their parents crime.

That's our law.
