Conn's is the most despicable, crooked, company I have ever dealt with. PEOPLE, dont do it!

Yhe employees of this company seem to be brainwashed into being rude and uncaring. It is mindblowing how none of them have scruples.
If you find a positive review on Conn's, I would bet someone from Conn's wrote it.

I bought a new washer and dryer - cash. They are stackables. They did not have the washers in stock. Had to come in from San Antonio. Took two days. Finally got here - corpus Christi. Went to and pick up. Stacker kit was not with washer or dryer. Waited 30 minutes for them to look for them. Did not find. Came home. That night their sales girl called and asked fir the serial numbers. What the hell?? Anyway we gave them to her. Next day went to pick them up. Could not find. Waited 30 minutes again. Went back again on Friday (this is 6 days after purchase). Waited 45 minutes. I started getting upset and told them they are so ready to sell to us but when it comes to customer service they suck!! I said "what is wrong with you people?" how funny that the stack kit magically appeared from the back. They do suck!! Never again.

Bought an "L" shaped glass computer desk on 11-14-11. Hardware missing.Had to put it together temporarily with hardware I could find her at home(have a small business and needed it up THEN! They agreed to order all that I needed ,that wasn't in the box. Today is 12-7-11. Calls not returned.Finally Customer Support says the manufactuer, doesn't make the desks any longer. Can't work with the keyboard jammed under the monitor.No brackets to install keyboard shelf.Calling BBB today. Callous,indifference after making a sale at this store.

Me and my wife signed a contract with Cobb's for a tv and a computer. We later on that year got divorced and she was awarded the stuff. I got laid off and can not make the payments. Does a divorce decree over ride an agreement from Cobb's and what will happen to me because I am court ordered in our divorce papers to pay them. They came to report their things and she wouldn't let them take them back. What do I do?

Guess what she got a computer and a TV and you have to pay for it or later get sued by Conn's and she is most likely laughing about the situation.

Was to get rebate on delivery of refrigerator. Send in the rebate coupon. Did that with documentation. Conn's then did all they could to deny claim. Had to talk to store manager and spend about two hours to get it resolved. Get something at a price, but don't expect anything after that. Bad service is the way of life with this company.

There need to be a law written especially for Conn Appliances. They just had the nerve to try "bait and switch" how stupid do they think I am. They should be shut down !!!!!!!!!! Never allowed to operate again !!! GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY$@$&@$@($(@(@$

This sounds like a Conn's employee. From Beaumont? Please! It is only right to give the customer the required tools to make the payments. How else do you know what account # to reference it too?

Eli in the real world ignorance is no excuse and no I am not an employee but when you sign a contract all the terms are spelled out and no creditors would take as an excuse for late payment "You didn't tell me"

I bought a lap top from them and its messed up 3i times in one month and they wont give me a new one so i don't want it no more i also have a tv from them which im not guna pay will they repo or will they just send it to collections

I've been a Conn's customer for several years now, have made many purchases and have had no problems with the company or employees. I pay my bill on time every month and enjoy all my stuff. Happy shopping!

Buyers Beware! Conn's still playing same games with their warranties on their applicances! I brought brand new Samsung refrig. from Conn's(Willowbrook location in Houston)and after nine months the unit stop working!Conn's send a serviceman out and he "said that both boards are out on the unit and the compressor. Conn's said they would have the parts in 5 to 10 business days and will call me once they receive them! Time has past and no parts ! I started calling around looking for answers ! Of course, no one has any answers to my problems ! I pull in a call to the service center in Houston and spoke to Paul Blackburn{Suppose to the Manager}! He only compounded the situation with all his lies and lack of professionism! Bottom line ! I have exhausted all my efforts and patience trying to resolve this issue with Conn's ! I request several times for a replace unit or a refund ! I feel it is necessary to contact the office of Attorney General and the BBB about this issue !! I am father of six children. We have to buy ice everyday and live out of an old fishing cooler! Conn's even has the nerve to ask for a payment on the unit thats break ! LOL!

Please, please don't spend your time or money with this company.

I don't know how they are still able to do business.

I won't give all the details of the issues I have had with them, but PLEASE don't fall for their game.

Look on CL and you can find the same stuff they are selling and save yourself the headache.
