Since that is when RvW says abortions DO become illegal, unless there is a health concern for the woman or the fetus, it's a moot argument. Fetuses are not viable in the second trimester with the exception of a few cases near the end of that trimester.

It is far more important to have a good reason to bear a child than to have a good reason to abort.

The second amendment is restricted--not enough--on the basis of public safety. It's one of the few grounds a right can be restricted. There is no element of public safety involved in a woman making a decision concerning her OWN pregnancy.
