... nobody seems to get it. Ya think maybe there were some high ranking REMFs making $$ from the poppy trade in the Stan? Tillman was too straight and obviously not money oriented .. wouldn't be corrupted ... making him a target. He knew or saw something that was a threat to higher ups ... they had to eliminate him. This crap went on in Nam too.
I think you hit the nail right on the head. With the guidance of God the Bush regime will fall. Impeach Bush and Chaney. Now!

THREE shots to the forehead?
& do you REALLY think those were his last words, as TESTIFIED by a guy who was probably WITNESS to the event?

really?

or is he trying to cover ass, the same way they BURNED HIS UNIFORM & DIARY?? his *officer* gave bullshit testimony OVER 70 TIMES. that contradicts evidence.

come on.

"Wakey-wakey, hands off Snakey", dude.

he was shot THREE times in the forehead **FROM short range** & no evidence of ANY other firefight.
sounds like an "accident" to me... yeah, right.

AP releases new evidence of Pat Tillman's *Murder* in Afghanistan: "Sex, Lies & Cover-ups"
http://thiscanadian.typepad.com/this_canadian...

LIBERAL MEDIA? I suppose FauxNooze would say that... yeah, only the "Liberal media" is interested in covering celebrity crime...
come on. call it what it is: a murder & institutional cover-up. Tillman was going to talk with Noam Chomsky. Bang. Dead.

Uniform & DIARY burned by his comrades. nice.

don't you think his MOTHER deserves better than LIES?

No doubt the Military tried to cover-up this really unfortunate event but they probably wanted to avoid the 'black eye' the Liberal Media would bestow upon them and decided to cover it up and portray Sgt. Tillman as the HERO he was.
Friendly Fire Incidents occur more than you'd ever know by Both Sides in the Conflict. This unfortunately, falls under the category of Collateral Damage.
That's like calling Sodomy Following too Close.
That's also like calling Illegal Aliens, Undocumented Aliens.
Or Liberals, Patriots.

The stupid press has to keep digging him up...
He isn't the only mistake killed by friendly fire...
End it......
You sound like someone who wants it to end because it doesnt go along with your view of the war. It is Tillmans family that has pursued this issue, because they smelled a rat. Their govt was lying to them about the death of their son. How is that the press fault???

Any combat vet can tell you that a tight group of two or more shots is an aimed shot.

Pat Tilman just might have been murdered by his own guys.

That the US Army did not continue the investigation into his death from the standpoint of it being a possible murder shows that a conspiracy within the government might have existed to use his murder for propaganda to prolong the conflict.

Just another black eye on the Bush administration.

Wasnt there a bunch of lies made up about Jessica Lynch about the same time? I dont remember if it was the pentagon or white house, but they changed the whole story around. Truth is the first casualty of war.

You people are a perfect example of why your Army cannot win wars. I am glad we did not over commit our own to help the likes of you.

Our soldiers have fought and died so that Americans have a right to speak their minds ESPEICALLY on the affairs of our ELECTED officials.

Its called a democracy and WE invented it.

Dear Ozy,
Get Bent, and hope that Australia never has to "win" a war against the US.

Rumsfeld is suppose to be testify today to see just how high this cover up is. Tillman was purposely shot and killed sadly by his own men. Evidence is there to show how he died and honestly I think the family has a right to know. And I think all those that helped cover it up should be brought in for charges, for those that did the shooting murder, for those that helped cover it up, accomplice to murder.

P, Tillman and O'Neal were on a hillside at the time of the shooting, even getting up close and personal with mother earth still left them exposed. The dunce cap (an exploding one) belongs to the one who put the tight group in ol' Pat's forehead and another dunce cap (with high-torque rotation) for whoever ordered the fire on Tillman's group.

I wonder who really killed Pat Tillman? Two tight shots pattern indicating an aimed shot and no powder burns indicating the guy beside him. Sounds like it might actually have been the snipers in the humVee.
I still would give him the decoration though.
Oh, and 'Cat turds', that is the first time I have ever heard that and I think it is funny as hell.

The notion that Rumsfeld is somehow not responsible is abominable to me. As the head honcho at the Pentagon at the time of Tillman's death, the responsibility rests squarely with him. He and his cronies covered it up and lied to Pat's family and the rest of the country, spinning a heroic story out of a tragedy. It's an insult to Pat's memory and to the rest of America. Please make your opinion know about the Pentagon's responsibility; vote on: http://www.youpolls.com/details.asp...

Deplorable watching the "investigators" kiss ass while Rummy and his generals testilie again. He was Pat F'n Tillman he believed the lies and propaganda. And this is what he gets? They call Bush a hero? And Bush lite is no better.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Aries

Take care today Aries, because the emotional landscape in your neighborhood will be full of pitfalls during the coming fortnight, as it has been since the Solar Eclipse on May 20. The more convinced you are that you're right, the harder it will be to navigate your way around forthcoming events. If you feel resentful of someone, perhaps a neighbor or sibling, you need to get your feelings out in the open, rather than burying them deeper, where they'll fester and lead to more problems in the long run.
