Then why, directly citing and quoting the proper sources, would you still not know the simple answers to your own simple questions?

I think it is unfair to reclassify people who have served their time. A lot of these people made one mistake in their lives, and have been paying the price for years. They are not repeat offenders and a lot are now married with children living honest and wholesome lives. This is double jeopardy for them. Make the law apply to those who re-offend, not those who made one mistake and paid the price.

What would you think it this applied to someone who received a DUI, lets say, 10 years ago? They change the law, and now this person, who ten years ago had a drunk driving conviction - now the law changes and he's told he now has to use the habitual driver plates even though he never offended again?

Did you really expect to find every single piece of evidence in the possession of the prosecution and defense posted to the website, and available for public viewing? And what do you mean by "most court attorney's say never exist"? Who are you referring to? The prosecution? Defense? Bailiffs? Court Jesters?

Of Course the P & D know about discovery. What the hell are you talking about?

And if his attorney was able to get a more advantageous deal through the plea bargain process, what is the problem with that? Any advantages to the State? The Victim? Disadvantages? Come on now boy, think a little harder. Show us what u got!!

this was not a 1 time mistake,,,he was doing the same thing in Canton,,before he came to Akron but some idiot there overlooked it/ excused it,,minimized it and sent him to Buchtel.
