Barkley, Woods, and Lee will be licking their chops going up against your corners. Dan, did I say only a 21 point victory by my Trojans? HaHa

HaHa If you win it will be barely, I just don't see how you can even do that though. By then the CB's will be seasoned and we already have the best front 7 you will see and our running game will be far superior. You have a chance to beat us, it is just unlikely. You have been believing to much of your own hype.

Even the (majority)media that is up the SECs butts is having to admit this USC team is going to be special. To have three players rated in the Top Ten for the entire NCAA is worthy of massive hype, you know, what I am noted for!!! LOL Okay, I know it is too far off to make a prediction, but as of today I am still envisioning a 41-20 USC victory against the leprechauns!

DREAM on Chosen Traveler! YOUR (CONDOMS) sorry, TROJANS are over rated. I AGREE with Big Dan that the NOTRE DAME corners will be "seasoned" by the time they play your boys. I do believe that your are in for a "surprise" on that fine evening. p.s. YOU better hope that YOU are right, because, otherwise, you will be receiving a "crying towel" from your IRISH "friends" Beside, I like being the "underdog" because NOTRE DAME is not getting the respect they deserve. Good night" & sweet dreams. Please say hi to your horse. ha! ha! ha!

As much as you would like to think Notre Dame has a chance this year, you are going to be running up against a Trojan offense this season that will make the Pete Carroll Trojan teams look tame by comparison. You remember those teams right? The ones that kept Irish eyes crying!!!! USC - READY TO OUTSCORE EVERY TEAM WE FACE ON OUR WAY TO THE NC GAME!

It would almost be like saying, we will score more points than opponent to win the game.

Would you say they have a "Snowflake's" chance in hell (aka Arizona)? Sometimes I crack myself up!

It would almost be like saying, we will score more points than opponent to win the game. What is so dumb about that? I will re-word it for you in my own arrogant way: USC - WE WILL SCORE MORE POINTS THEN EVERY OPPONENT WE PLAY ON OUR WAY TO THE NC GAME Hows that?! And I dont look at it in that we "will have to", it is because we CAN! Alabama and LSU couldnt even score a touchdown against each other. A good offense finds a way to score no matter who they are facing. A great offense does it multiple times! USC is a GREAT offense!

I have no problem giving you credit on your offense at this point in the season, curious to see your line play though. That will tell you how the season is going to go.

O-line has 4 out of 5 returning starters, and the two guys competing for the LT position will get up to speed very quickly. D-line... well... that's a work in progress, but Coach O should have them going.

Just wondering if you think there is been a lot of progress.

BigDan wrote: <quoted text> Do you still think the same? Not asking in a smart ass way. Just wondering if you think there is been a lot of progress. All the signs leading into the season pointed to a question mark on the d-line. Losing starting D-end Devon Kennard to a possible season-ending injury further exacerbated the situation. However, we forgot to factor in the ability of Coach Orgeron and some of the new guys have really stepped up and exceeded expectations. Morgan Breslin is just in full on beast mode right now, and Leonard Williams is already exhibiting signs of brilliance. They've turned into the most solid unit on the entire team. The O-line, however, hasn't lived up to the hype. Losing Khaled Holmes, arguably the best center in the conference and the leader of the O-line, and replacing him with a redshirt freshman for the Stanford game led to the debacle on the Farm. The following game, with Holmes back, we ran roughshod over Cal for almost 300 yards rushing, and then he reinjured the ankle. We hope this past week and a half he's had enough time to recuperate because this Thursday game vs. Utah is just screaming "TRAP GAME" for us. Ya gotta love college football!

I feel ya on the trap game deal. I am worried about Miami. They seem to have been gaining confidence and momentum on offense and we had a week off, hope the D don't come out rusty because we are going to need them.
