Speak for yourself because your Bruins aren't very good. But, I honestly think the PAC 10 is more competitive top to almost bottom (minus UCLA & Washington St.)
40% of our teams are in the BCS Top 25.
No Nick, my Bruins beat an SEC/Tennessee team...a team that if it wasn't for a block field goal, they would have beaten Alabama.

UCLA has been in every game up until the last drive - with the exception of the Cal game. At least three teams in the SEC would whoop USC's asss and you know it...so stop your delusional Bullsh!t already.

Just because the Pac-10 beat each other up it does not mean they woould beat anyone in the SEC (with the exception of UCLA). Quit being such a homer and get real for once in your life.

And I don't want to pyss off any of my USC friends on Topix by saying this but, USC could easily be 3-6 they have NOT with the exception of SJSU - been dominant in any game in which they've won, they have dodged a bullet in each game and even Washington State held USC's offense to less then 30 points...so Nick S T F U.

Tostitos Fiesta Bowl - USC vs. Boise St.
I actually think we have a strong chance considering Notre Dame just lost their 3rd game and no one wants to see a boring Big 10 team get smashed by Boise St.
OMG dude, first I thought you were being optimistic, now I know for sure you're delusional...it's like me saying UCLA is going to win the PAC-10 in basketball this year...dude don't drink that cool aid anymore.

yeah, up for grabs because they all suck...except for my Bruins, who beat Washington...who beat USC.

BS National Championship Game - Alabama vs. Texas
Tostitos Fiesta Bowl - USC vs. Boise St.
AllState Sugar Bowl - Florida vs. Cincinnati
FedEx Orange Bowl - Georgia Tech vs. TCU
Rose Bowl by Citi - Oregon vs. Ohio St.
IMO, Here's all the teams you've mentioned in their perspective Bowl matchup(s).
BS NC game...Florida vs Texas

Tostitos...USC vs Boise.....

Sugar...TCU vs Bama

Orange....Cincy vs VA Tech. I think the Orange Bowl still has the ties between the Big East and ACC and that only the Tostitos and Sugar Bowls can take an at-large team.

Rose...Oregon vs Ohio State

USC 28 -- Boise State 24
TCU 17 -- Bama 13
Va Tech 20 -- Cincy 14
Oregon 35 -- Ohio State 31.

We beat USC, they beat ND, and ND beat us. I highly doubt UCLA is going to win at USC this year.

Luckily for USC, I've heard they are undefeated with Pete Carroll as the coach in November. Their last 3 games (Stanford, UCLA, and Arizona) are all at home.

Florida would dismantle Texas, Boise State would crush USC (it wouldn't be the first time this season) and Bama would just annihilate TCU. I don't know about Va Tech and Cincy, but I agree that Oregon would beat Ohio State.

Bama isn't beating TCU if they were to meet.

Hey, don't worry about USC. You need to worry about your team winning a 2nd conference game. At least now you can start making plans to watch our bowl game after the regular season.

Let me guess, you're all about Steve Nash, huh? or wait, Toronto Raptor fan. Too bad Chris Bosh is teaming up with Lebron James in Cleveland next year.

McElroy has consistency problems, but if he can play to his full potential for the whole game, Bama wins.

I think Steve Nash is great (two-time consecutive MVP can't be that bad and 20 points plus 20 dimes last night in a road victory), but I don't give a $hit about Toronto. I'm a Celtics fan and they're gonna get back that title they lost last year because of injuries. And LA won't even make it to the Finals this year.

Let me make sure I understand this:
- The Pac-10 will get two teams in the BCS,
- Both Pac-10 teams will win games vs BCS opponents, and
- Bama and Florida will both lose BCS games.
OK. Have a nice day.

Texas better pray they get Florida. Probably be a good game. Nobody is going to produce on the Bama Defense. Can't outcoach size AND speed. Heaven help everyone if McElroy starts hitting receivers downfield.

Yeah, IF you're lucky you might find yourselves playing at the Sunbowl...my gut feeling is you'll be playing in San diego...and UCLA will be playing in Las Vegas, and if we beat you we'll be playing in San Francisco. I love the drive up San Francisco much more than the drive to San Diego...you dreamer you.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Cancer

Your powers of concentration are finely honed today, enabling you to focus on something to the exclusion of all else. This is just what you need if you're hoping to make a big dent in your workload or you're doing something very fiddly or detailed. But it's important that you know when to stop, otherwise you might get really weary and lose your effectiveness.
