At some point a coach has to start winning games. At some point a person has to live up to their own words. Nothing you rant about can change those realities of being a college football coach. The facts show this coach to be inferior to the guy you wanted fired for being "mediocre". 6-17 is worse.

Each loss except for last week to a team in the top 20, so wishing we would have won one or two (or more) of them, if we're not yet top 25, that's understandable. One bad half against OSU and the disaster last week and we need a new coach. Not to say he's perfect, but your wanting him booted is not justified. You were probably the same guy who hung Warmath out to dry, only to be his best friend when he won the National Championship.

Mason was way better than Brewster has been. His team were mostly competitive for every game he was here. He had 8,9 and 10 win seasons. We're a senior-heavy team and still not winning. We're not even good enough to spring big upsets like Purdue and Northwestern. To play with the Big 4, you have beat the rest of the Little 7 and someone from the Big 4 once in awhile.
