LMAO, what about the FB that committed Assault and Battery? Sit out against the powerhouse Hawaii. You can still practice and get ready for a game that we will actually need ya after Hawaii. Apparently USC still doesn't get it. I knew they wouldn't though, they have the same scumbags coaching now that they did when they got caught the last time. I don't want them to get the Death Penalty, I just want them to clean things up. We play them every year. Playing them and not having it TV would really suck.

Look, I don't condone fighting amongst teammates, especially if it ends up sending someone to the hospital, but labeling the entire team "thugs" based on the actions of one guy doesn't make sense to me, nor do I believe it rises to the level of assault and battery. Two teammates fighting at practice was all it was. It wasn't one guy stabbing his main competition for the starting spot like the two punters in Northern Colorado, or Harding vs Kerrigan. It wasn't Blount sucker-punching Hout. Two teammates took it too far, but they've moved on.

And I disagree, if i get in an argument with a co worker and I punch him, it is assault. They moved on but right is right and wrong is wrong. If a guy rapes a women but she forgives him, did he not break the law? I could almost go along with your argument a little but there was an injury.

True, but fighting your co-worker would be a little out of the ordinary unless you are a boxer or MMA fighter, so I could see the cops being called out if you did. Football, by its definition, is a full-contact competitive sport, where emotions are called upon and tempers flare. From all indications, this was a mutual fight and not a sucker punch, and Havili won. If you want to say Havili should be arrested for A&B, then so should Bryant, but both have said it was a mutual thing, and both have admitted to acting immaturely. Beyond that, Havili has earned the respect of his teammates to the point that several of them, including Bryant, went to Kiffin to speak on his behalf. If he was some punk kid who was a dick to everyone on the team, nobody would have been in there like that.

Moving on to your 2nd point, a fight between two guys is no where near in comparison to rape. To throw that in just cheapens your argument. Now, if you were to say both should be suspended for the 1st game, I would probably agree with you, but elevating it to a criminal case or equating it to rape is farcical.

CPEM you are dealing with an envious leprechaun. He is only going to try to attack our program because his program is the one that really is in shambles. Kelly has way more pressure then Kiffin to succeed. The Irish will again fold under all that pressure and should just step aside to the new "most storied" program in college football, USC

The only thing Mustain will do is be probably the most profound back up in the copuntry. his fight will be for playing time. A nice problem for we Trojans to have. As far as anyone putting someone in the hospital, you may want to watch out for all the alter boys back there and they may have swollen rear ends from over zealous priests. Of course it is

They were doing conditioning drills, they were not having a regular football practice in which Bryant may have taken a cheap shot at Havili, which is usually the case when most football practice brawls take place.

Your continuous support by sugarcoating incidents at USC sickens my stomach. And also I just love how you keep bringing up stuff from UCLA that has already been discussed on here before to try to soften the continuous embarrassing incidents at USC. It's almost comical like when you're a teenager fighting with your girlfriend/boyfriend "what about you" "what about this" "what about that" stuff that has already been discussed in the past...let's talk about the present task at hand - don't sugarcoat.

You know darn well that Kiffin's decision making is that of an insecure coach that seems extremely confused as to what role he should take as the coach at the helm. His most recent remark about how he went back and took a look at the past 7 months of Baxter's mistakes etc, and he decided to suspend him for the Hawaii game. WHAT A JOKE!! wasn't his punishment already implemented by having him roll during practice for two hours? Wasn't it until, the story leaked out that Baxter had been under the influence of a controlled substance that Kiffin suspended him for the Hawaii game?

Kiffin KNEW from the beginning what Baxter had done when he punished him the first time, why didn't he suspend him from day one? because he never intended to, that's why - until the story leaked out that's when he became a "disciplinarian" AND the only reason Baxter was suspended is because Haden called Kiffin into his office and told Kiffin to suspend Baxter.

Kiffin's disciplinary actions are truly laughable, just like when Havili broke Bryant's face, he suspended Havili by not allowing Havili attend team meetings! LMAO that is punishemnt? it's more like rewarding a player!

I can't wait to hear your spin on this one and to see how many UCLA past incidents that will date back 1834 to try to prove a moot point, and ignore this story altogether because you really don't have anything to say about it.

Yo, conditioning drills can be INTENSE! Sometimes you just gotta punch a teammate!(If your sarcasm detector is off, that was sarcasm.)

So did you not read where I said "I would agree with" a 1 game suspension for both of these guys? I'm not sugar-coating what happened, but I'm not going to blow it all up out of proportion either.

And I'm still looking for where I brought up UCLA in this thread. I talked about UCLA in another thread recently, but I wasn't the one to bring it up.

If it was up to these crybaby Bruins, they would not be satisfied unless we suspended him for the season. Then after that they would say something like see how bad you Trojans are, having a player who had to be suspended for the entire year. You done patronizing these fools yet?

Never too busy for protecting my Trojans. My job allows me much flexibility while you are out driving a tractor or on the factory assembly line like in bumpkinland

I bet you know that. Fast food probably consists of 90% of Fat Dans diet. The other 10% is when the bumpkin relatives make some big, backwoods feast smothered in gravy.

you shouldn't knock it, that minimum wage you earn comes from a fast food place.
