I think I speak for all Trojans when I say "IT WAS ALL WORTH IT"! Nobody can take our memories and belief that we are STILL THE GREATEST away from us. WE OWN YOU!

Hey ChinForever you should change your name to LoserForever. "it was all worth it" sounds like something OJ would say. Your school and your football program is a joke.

Hey Van Nuys and MDJ you are a pair of sniveling jealous little girls.
Deal with this. You are pathetic and will always be pathetic. USC will get past this issue but you will always be a couple of jealous vaginas.

Go on, if the USC victories were legit, then you can say it was worth it. Karma is on the way. You USC cheatin criminals will be moaning and groaning now for the next several years. THAT'S WHAT MAKES IT WORTH IT! Now come after me and call me a pussy blah blah blah.

I can't believe that Garrett is taking heat for his comment - that was made in front of alumni at an alumni function. Its not like he held a press conference on ESPN and said what he said, or said it to a reporter during an interview. He clearly thought he was speaking to a pro-USC audience that would agree with his views.

LMAO - 3 losers on this thread so far.

1. tal,
name ONE player on the UCLA football team with a criminal record......I'm waiting....LOSER!

2. PutoDeMonton,
you typify "most" SUC fans' mentality, you are probably one of those shaved head idiots with tattoos on your head (embarrassing USC) that's probably a high school drop-out and go around saying "fight on, eh!" put your raider jersey back on ese!!, you will be looked at with more respect, than if you wear your trojan jersey, LOSER.

3. ChinNutsLover,
It was worth it? TOUCHE! it will be worth it alright, making fun of your pathetic asses over the next 8 years, of how not one accomplishment will be looked at with respect - everything USC accomplished is TAINTED, got it? T A I N T E D.

Good point Dave, I agree with you if he was in fact addressing USC Alumni, it might have been blown out of proportion.

It doesn't matter if Garrett was just addressing alumni. He did so at an event with reporters present and he knew they were present. This involved as much stupidity and arrogance as it did Trojan pride.

When you're trying to appeal NCAA sanctions, the last thing you need is the appeals board reading these comments...simply a dumb move by the soon-to-be fired AD.

Scott Wolf knows as much about football as my grandmother. Over time, I have read his articles and mostly find them devoid of solid, well-researched reporting but filled with conjecture, innuendo and his own speculative reasoning. Why the Daily News has this person covering a major college sport is a mystery. Wolf makes the writers at the L.A. Times --who are generally solid reporters and good writers-- look like gods of journalism. Please get rid of this buffoon and get someone who actually researches his material.

Get your facts straight buddy, ALL THREE have been released from their letters of commitment and are free so sign with any college that wants them...USC has been rumored to be after Josh Shirley.

Unlike USC, this kind of BS is not tolerated, you want examples? Cornerback EJ Woods (a projectd starter) was realeased last year following his arrest for sexual assault after grabbing an ex-girlfriend on the arse. At USC these players would have been promoted to starters - just for the simple fact they got arrested.
