Yeah too bad LSU got beat by Arkansas and couldn't make it to a BCS bowl. You know, the team OSU beat on 1/4/11. Oh, let me go ahead and say why you lost to Arkansas...it was that given game on that given field. Isn't that about right? Just like last year when you got beat in your bowl game.

I love it, except exchange 1 and 2! Miller will get there eventually, but Guiton is the only one that is going to get us a W in Coral Gables and a W at home against MSU, particularly how we tend to play mediocre early in the season anyway. As an aside, Graham is even more injury prone than Miller. He was hurt so much up here in the Chicago area in high school that I could never even go see him play. In any event, I haven't recalled a QB situation like this one in a long, long time and there are a lot of interesting possibilities. But, as your ranking indicates, just PLEASE don't let it be Joe B.! He's no doubt a hard worker and great kid, but I think he hangs 1 or 2 L's on us in the first 5 games, and that means that Tat-Gate costs us a shot at playing for another National Championship.

You're not kidding. Seemed to me these scores put the lie to the LSU fan's boast that LSU would have incinerated the Bucks--as if some kind of unavoidable natural law would be violated if OSU beat an SEC team. Like the Olentangy suddenly flowing in reverse for no reason. Maybe somebody who's back there can let me know if it's still flowing in the same direction after the Sugar Bowl result.

I saw Miller play against Davidson. The kid is the real deal. He starts by the 3rd game.

We all know that the performance of a high school athlete against high school players doesn't mean anything when it comes time to write the starting line up in college. Justin Zwick was the next Dan Marino coming out of high school...he held a clipboard his entire career because he couldn't compete on the college level. The worst thing to do is throw Miller in. They should redshirt him and let Graham or Guiton take the first 5 games.
